I had this chair on my registry but no one bought it. Then I made the mistake of reading the reviews again before I made the purchase myself and I almost let the poor reviews deter me. But, after researching sooooo many other chairs, even gliders (which I think are ugly), I took a chance and made the purchase. Oh man I am so glad I did! This chair is awesome and I think those who were disappointed either got duds or the chair just didn’t meet their standards or expectations. I’m 5’8” and 270 lbs and this chair feels sturdy and perfect. The arms are not super high but we plan to use a nursing pillow to feed our baby anyway. Just buy it! The size is perfect for a small room but the chair still feels substantial and so comfy.

I purchased the furry white glider and it’s very aesthetically pleasing. As other reviewers have mentioned there were issues trying to get the holes to align when placing the back of the chair onto the base of the chair. It took some finagling for about 20 minutes or so to get it in. All in all it was easy to assemble. About 45 mins in total by myself and I’m 6 months pregnant. The chair is very comfortable and glides nice. The pocket on the side to store items is also an added bonus. We live in a small apartment and it’s the perfect size for the space we have. The chair isn’t too wide where it’s uncomfortable but also not too tight. It’s comfortable to sit in for an extended period of time. Not too firm but also not too soft. I am a little frustrated that the zipper on the bottom of the chair broke off immediately when assembling- the quality could be better for the price. I don’t love that there is a massive dangling piece of fabric under the chair as you walk by it but I’m not going to hassle with returning and ordering a new one. Buyer beware if that’s something that would bother you. The back of the chair where the stuffing is was also a bit misshapen when I took it out of the box. I’m hoping over time it will puff back out. Overall I like the chair a lot. I will update once baby is here if I have any issues but I believe it will be a comfortable chair to nurse and rock my baby in.

Rocking chair is for my baby nursery. The color/design matches the photos. Upon opening the box smells unpleasant, my boyfriend thinks it’s just “new fabric smell” but I think it’s musty. I think the product was kept in a humid environment before delivery. All the pieces were individually wrapped in plastic but the hardware had rust. It took a lot of time and patience to put the back of the chair on to the bottom piece. The chair will slightly shift so needs to be adjusted or it will run into the wall or side table.

Due to price I was debating on purchasing this chair for awhile. However I do not regret it now. It was very easy to put together and is firm but extremely comfortable. The fabric is more so like sheep wool than a furry texture. I'm giving this 4 stars though because of the color. I ordered white but its definitely more vanilla or a ligh beige. Perfect for our baby room though and showed up in 3 days rather than the 2 weeks predicted. Will update review in an year with how it's holding up.

Once assembled, this chair is great. I give this chair a 4 star rating, because of the difficulty to assemble. Many of the reviews talk about how easy it is to assemble, but I am curious which material of this chair they purchased. I purchased the white fuzzy material and found it got in the way during assembly. Most of the assembly we had no problem, however when it came time to attach the bottom part of the chair where you sit and the top part of the chair where your back hits is when it became very frustrating. The metal pieces on each part have to line up just right and once you think you have it right you have to really shove it down before it latches. Once slid down in the bottom part of the chair, it jiggles and only becomes secure and tight when you tighten the screws on the bottom side of the chair. Overall it took us like 4 hours, before we got it right. I normally have no problem building furniture but this was pretty difficult. My recommendation to save yourself time and stress is to pay the $90 to have someone come and assemble. Good luck

Item arrived quick and in good condition. This chair is very nice for the price. I am impressed. Direction were fairly simple, I’ve seen worse and I’ve seen better. But we managed easily.
