This chair has quickly become our go-to spot for late-night feedings and soothing our little one back to sleep. The high backrest of this rocking chair provides excellent support and comfort. It's perfect for those long nights when you need to cradle your baby to sleep or enjoy a good book while they rest. I can't emphasize enough how important this feature is for parents, and Sudwesto has nailed it! As for assembly, I must mention that at first, it wouldn't line up quite as expected. However, after a quick trip to the hardwood store for some minor adjustments and maneuvering, I was able to get it together perfectly. It's a minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things and didn't detract from the overall satisfaction. What truly sets Sudwesto apart is their outstanding customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my experience was smooth and positive. I was truly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction.     • Great value rocking chair
This chair was super easy to assemble, I think I put it together in 5-10 minutes. It looks great and it's relatively comfortable. I wish the padding on the seat was a bit thicker but it's fine. After a few days one of the joints where the back slips into the arm started to squeak and that got progressively worse over a few weeks to the point where I unscrewed the back from the base and had to fiddle with it a bit and now it's not squeaking anymore. I think the metal post was rubbing against the metal slot as I remember it was a bit of a squeeze to get both posts to reach the holes. Another thing that could be improved is to have the felt pads extend fully to the back of the rocking feet as when you rock all the way back on a hard floor there is a bit of a bump when it transitions from that felt to the wood foot. I may just stick some adhesive furniture pads on them to make up the difference. Overall it works great and it's a fantastic value. ... show more

Soft, easy instructions and feels sturdy. HOWEVER I see what a few people meant by hard to put together 🤣 it’s not an issue of parts simplicity or difficult instructions because that stuff is all easy. The issue is the thing is so fluffy that it’s hard to get some of the bolts to line up. But worth it once you get it together. One tip I would put the legs together before attaching to the bottom of the seat. The bolts won’t sit in the holes without being held. That was annoying. But it’s together now and I will never take it apart again. ... show more

The amount of people that have sat on this rocking chair in my daughter’s nursery and said they want one for themselves is insane. It’s absolutely the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in, instantly relaxing and relieves any tension on the back. It also is so aesthetically pleasing that after I’m done using it for the baby, it can be used as an accent chair in any other room. I love that I’ll be able to use it outside the nursery. We bought this for the nursery, but our primary chair is a glider in our bedroom with the bassinet. It’s a great little rocking chair- super cute, comfortable, sturdy, and easy to put together. Very easy to assemble, and great size for petite users. I got this to use as a nursing chair, since most chairs are too deep for me and I need to add a pillow. The arms don’t go high enough to use it alone, but I use a nursing pillow and I think the arm height is perfect if you rest the pillow on top. There are also slight wings on the top of the back to rest your head. Excellent customer service, I received the wrong color and contacted the seller expecting a laborious drawn out process. I love this rocking chair. It is extremely comfortable, well made, and is a perfect rocking chair for any sized room.
