I love this chair! I added some bling to the buttons to make it pop a bit more. It really is the showpiece of my living room. It is smaller than it looks butt still Comfortable and roomy. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little lower than I would like to be. But it’s still beautiful!

It is a beautiful chair, it just does not have a tall enough back for adequate support. The goal was to use this chair in my home office. The dimensions described on the website are not accurate. When I tried to return the chair, they offered a 30% discount but pay a shipping fee. when that was declined to offered for me to keep the chair at half price because as they said I was their "VIP" customer. Unless using this chair for someone who is the height of a toddler or for an animal to lay on, do not order. They need to update their specs and don't make this chair look like something that can be sat in in. UPDATE: We updated the overall rating--The seller provided us a full refund so in all fairness we are pleased with the customer service that was provided. ... show more

I love this chair. The color is spot on with the picture shown. Durable and very comfy. Not too soft and not too firm. It fits Me (mom) and my Mastiff-pit. Back pillow is removable but the bottom cushion is velcroed to the chair. I would to prefer to be able to flip the bottom cushion occasionally for even wear however the chair is not designed that way. I gave it five stars anyways for two reasons 1. That is just a personal preference not a design flaw. 2. The bottom cushion has a front panel, back panel and a side panel for depth.
