Does have some odd connections to the controller, which I am not using. I just hooked it up using the supplied adapters directly to my power station and walla, 82 watts off the bat. Did fluctuate from 33 watts to 82 but as I mentioned the clouds. 5 stars for the price/quality as it’s built out of aluminum on the edges/legs and will not sag over time compared to others in this price range. ... show more

Used this on a RV to keep the 4x 6v wet-cell batteries topped off. Bright clear summer day in the desert southwest, the controller indicated a peak of 10 amps of charge. At last-light in the evening 1 amp of charge was indicated. These panels worked well and fine-tuning the angle to the sun only netted minimal gains. They faced east in the AM and west in the PM, worked well. It was difficult to see and use the charge controller because it is glues on to the back of the panels. It is a very basic controller with very little complexity to it. The description photos show XT-60 and SAE connectors but the unit does NOT use ANY xt-60 or SAE connectors on the panels, cables, or controller. I had ordered both types of extension cables but they were unusable because this setup does not have the xt-60 or SAe connections. A bummer was the bag tearing. It is a very nice bag but lacks protection from bumps. So I cut the protective shipping foam to size and inserted it inside the bag to offer some protection. The bag's carry strap torn the second time I used it to move the panels. So I just stitched some reinforcements to keep the tear from running. Then use the new hole to grab the panel's own carry handle. The aluminum frame around the panels is almost an inch wide, there is plenty of room to creatively add anchor points for a lock. ... show more

I decided to purchase the 150W after reading the reviews and I’ve been extremely happy! The panels are still able to charge my iPhone even on a cloudy day, the aluminum frame helps keep the panels elevated and collapse great. I wish the anchoring arms were more secure, wish the controller supported USB-C or had higher voltage output. Very impressed and happy with the purchase ... show more

. . . there must be at least one english speaking person in China with more than a first grade understanding of grammer and a word processing program with spell check ??? First, I got a manual for a different controller, then when I found the right manual on line the presentation made little sense with all the misusage in the English translation.
