Smells like speed stick which is used for tattooing but I felt more comfortable using this to tattoo the faith over fear lettering for a clients tattoo. Less is more, if it starts to show on the skin wipe some off because it can make the stencil spread out and slip around. A thin layer is all you need. Great stuff will repurchase! Let stencil application dry for aprox ten mins before starting works as intended! Thanks! ... show more

I have purchased this product a couple of times. It is nothing real special, but does work well. As others have mentioned it is basically speed stick deodorant. It does not cause irritation for me. As long as i let it dry thoroughly, the stencil will stay on for the whole session with no problems losing it. The way i apply it is by taking a folded up fresh paper towel. Spray some alcohol on the towel and then rub some of the product on the towel in the same area as the alcohol. Then rub it on the skin and apply the stencil. Hold the stencil in place with some pressure for about ten seconds. The alcohol and clean towel help keep the area free of bacteria and the alcohol also helps the area dry faster and therefore the stencil will stay on better/longer. ... show more

Wipe on like deodorant and stencil applies great. Just takes a bit to dry in order to start tattooing without it wiping away
