We have an LG washer where the child lock button is utterly useless. Disabling every button EXCEPT the power button. So my toddlers are still able to just disable and bypass the lock. Ruining the wash cycle which must be restarted. I had lost hope until I found these though! Superb quality imo. I don't care how they look. I think the design is cute. The adhesion surpasses other child locks I've had as well. So watch me in this video where I've probably not even had this lock on my washer 10 minutes and just watch me smack the crap out of it. It sticks super good. On the cons side I suppose it is a little hard to open. But that may be a plus as well because maybe my tots will never figure it out. It's just that the little side buttons seem to jam a lot. And size wise...I wish it was a smidgen bigger. The opening is almost exactly the size of a quarter and it barely fit over our washer button, the adhesion barely touching the button. But overall I love it! Ignore the ugly washer dial by the way aha...my kids scratched the crap out of it. It's just ugly.

Whoa. So far love it. The package is all in Chinese, so I can understand only part of it, but not a big deal. I used these on washer/dryer buttons & heated blanket buttons. It seems just slightly tad bit small for our LG washer buttons, so I trimmed a bit of the inner circle of adhesive. For reference, the diameter of the washer buttons is 1 inch. In order to open, you slide the bear face plate down, then squeeze the two buttons on both sides. I don't know how long it will take our young toddler to break the code, but we will see!

I bought these in hopes my 1.5 year old will stop messing with my washer and dryer. They're difficult for me to open and sometimes when I try to open them I can see the adhesive back start to separate from my wash machine. So I feel like it's only a matter of time before my child gets them off then it'll just be a waste of money at that point. So I think if the adhesive was better/stronger and they were easy to open I would have given 5 stars and been very happy with this product.

In order to lock or unlock it there's these little tabs on the sides. Logic would tell you that you push both in and pull the whole thing up, but it's so poorly designed that you have to push one tab in, flex it to the opposite side to clear it, and do the same thing on the other side. It is super easy to install however and fit well on my water heater.

Bought to cover the start button on our dishwasher because my toddler twins would not stop turning it on. It's been awhile now and it is still sticking on there strongly, easy to open for adults and push the button and the twins cannot start it anymore. Definitely recommend!
