I knew it was faux leather but it looks and feels like real leather. This Armor fits really well and very comfortable too, I'm a satisfied customer 🙂 UPDATE: Again I really like it but I added real leather to the chest area to make it "stab resistant" because the armor as good as it looks it IS NOT stab resistant and I know it doesn't claim to be it's for cosplay but there's that in case anyone wants to know. ... show more

All in all its a nice piece. Fits great, looks great. Had to alter it a bit after sizing it up. Straps are SUPER flimsy. Broke just tightening it down. I would suggest having someone help you put it on. Can be a chore trying to put it on yourself. But once it's on it feels great. Easy to move, bend, sit. Was it worth the money, yes. ... show more

Product looks cool, and showed up quickly. But straps broke off within minutes of handling. No tension was even put on them, just broke off. You absolutely get what you pay for.
