    • Does not connect to Wifi easily no way to change wifi either
I’ve had this since April 2022, no way to change wifi info on app, after removing the device from the app to reapply it with the correct WiFi info the device won’t add it back to app. It’s been 2 months w/ no reply from Seller

I ordered four of these because the description sounded great for my needs etc. Nope! Can't connect these things to the WiFi because it's too fast. SMH.

    • WILL NOT KEEP THE BUGS OUT
I have tried multiple feeders and the only one that will keep the little food bugs out of the food are the feeders that sit onto of its built in pan of water. They are more expensive feeders but the bugs can't get up in them because they drown in the lower pan of water. I tried this one but it ended up being returned due to the fact it can't keep the bugs from going up into the food. There is only one feeder that I have found with the pan of water protection and it works great and I should have just stuck with that one ... show more
