To be honest I couldn't even agree giving this item one star because they reel you in and the device requires multiple downloads and subscriptions and it downloads separate apps on your phone the plane from New Orleans and it even misrepresents things telling me my phone had a virus from sexual content and I've never viewed anything like that on my phone This is why I say that the app is misleading that operates the robot because it has three or 4 supporting apps which would confuse someone who wasn't technically inclined on these type of things I give this item a -10 Stars and recommend that they stopped selling it because something's not right I returned it the next day I do not recommend buying I also didn't look at the stats because it did say on Amazon site that this item is often returned and this is the reason why

I absolutely love my AEZ Robot Camera on Wheels! The dual 1080P lenses provide such a clear picture, both day and night. It’s so fun and practical that it moves around the house – I can follow my pets and even check on my elderly mom remotely. The 2-way talk is crystal clear, and the app is very easy to use. The night vision works perfectly, and I feel so much more secure knowing I can see everything in real time. It’s also entertaining watching my cat react to the “blinky bot” rolling around! I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the video is on this Robot Camera on Wheels! The HD resolution is crisp, and it works well both during the day and in low-light conditions thanks to its built-in night vision. The wide-angle lens gives me great coverage of my home This robot camera moves smoothly on all types of flooring—carpet, tile, hardwood—and can navigate around furniture easily. Controlling it through the app is intuitive, and the real-time feed has very little lag. I love being able to check in on my pets or kids while I’m at work. Battery life is better than expected. I get about 2-3 hours of continuous use per charge, and it recharges quickly via USB. For day-to-day monitoring, that’s more than enough. I HATE THIS PET CAM. It does not direct where I want it to. If I go straight it goes left or right, not straight forward. I thought I could go cheap on a pet cam but this one is terrible. It has awful quality. When the mic is on and I turn, it makes the most god awful sound. It dies so quickly. DO NOT BUY THIS.

This little robot use to be so much fun for my boyfriend to use it while he was at work. He works for the railroad so this bot kept him home while he sat in hotel rooms. Now since this last update their is so many ads and he keeps going in and out of commission so he can view an ad on his end. Their is 3 mins of play between every ad. It's great for Home security if thats what you use it for but so far the update really made this thing junk. We were happy for a few months before this last update now its a paper weight and can't have a conversation through it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. Now its popular got to sink in ads for a machine that has already been purchased and an ap already purchased. Then turn around and ask for a fee to continue to use what you already bought. This is insane. Do not buy this money trap.

The video quality is good both during the day and at night. It has cameras in the front and back. You control it from your phone like a remote.There’s also a feature where it can follow your pet when it’s in view that’s one of my favorite things. It also has a laser, and my cat absolutely loves playing with it. The robot doesn’t move very fast, but it can easily go over carpets and small obstacles without any problems. The only thing is that controlling it from the phone is not always very easy. But I still really like using it to check on my pet when I’m not a home.

Put simply, the robot was fine. I ended up returning it due to my realization that it really didn't add anything to my life or make anything more accessible to accomplish. I can't talk to the battery life, but it seemed like you get what you pay for with this one. If I were to purchase another similar product, I would probably go for a bit more expensive one that would have some more features or be of higher quality.
