I received my collars on Friday and we put them on our 2 dogs Saturday morning. We have a 7 year old and 2 year old lab-mix male dogs. Both are HUGE barkers, they bark at anything that comes by our house, a car, a truck, a golf cart, a person walking, birds, butterflies, leaves falling! We can see the green of a golf course hole, and they go crazy when there are golfers on #17. We are in the mountains with a glass front and glass back of the house, so they have unlimited views of everything. This has been a nightmare, with my husband and I working from home and both dogs barking all day and night (headlights) at anything that moves. On Saturday, after putting on the collars, people walked by the house with a dog on a leash, both dogs started barking, we used a verbal command to stop barking and use the beep for the first time. Both dogs stopped dead! The younger one, barked one more time, we gave a verbal command and used the lowest setting of vibrate on his collar. He stopped after one bark and sat down, completely unsure of what was going on. In the past 48+ hours, we have had to use the L setting on vibrate 3 times with the 2 year old and only once on the 7 year old. The beep and a short verbal command is all we need! The garbage truck just came and stopped, not one bark from either dog, the 2 year old whined for a couple of seconds, but never barked. Using the beep to get them to come inside is working beautifully. They are coming inside from the backyard when called the first time. The 2 years old is already calmer and more relaxed. It is like he doesn't have to be on "high alert" all day, looking for something to bark at, so he can just be a dog and enjoy the family. The collars and remote came charged, paired and ready to go. The instructions for use are easy to understand. I wish we had ordered these years ago. We recommend these collars 100%! ... show more

I bought this product and one of the collars wouldn't take charge after it's first use. I applied for a refund from Amazon and got it. The day after I was contacted by the sellers. They apologised for the malfunction and offered to send me a replacement. I accepted and got the replacement. I have now been using the collars for 3 months. The battery life is fantastic - I have had other collars before and have to keep charging them but these ones last for days. In fact I don't even know how long they last for because I generally just recharge them every four days even though they still have charge. They also work really well. I have never used the shock function as my dogs react well with the vibrate function. I have big dogs, rottweiler and german shepherd. I recommend this product to all users. I have 2 schnauzers one of them is practically a “young adult” and the. vibrations works perfectly with him, it works at a really good range, he is mostly on the first floor and i’m on the second battery has not presented issues so far. 10/10

Pros: works and lasts a long time when fully charged! My dogs listen far better with it on (Doberman and Pitbull) Cons: collar is not durable enough to withstand a Doberman chewing through it.

The battery life for the collars are fantastic! My 2 dogs wear them everyday so they are powered on for about 10 hrs a day. (Not heavily used for correction) and the battery has lasted 15 days so far. I am thoroughly impressed. The beep, which ish what I use the most, is loud without being too high pitch or obnoxious. I haven't had to use the shock, the beep and vibrate are good enough for my 2. For reference, my dogs are 62 pounds and 78 pounds. The charging port is magnetic instead of plug in so water has a harder time getting in which is so much better than the other options I've bought and killed off because of the port. The remote can control up to 4 collars. The only thing I'd say I don't like is that I have to cycle through the collar numbers to go back and forth between dogs. It would be nice it it had an easier way to go from dog 2 back to dog 1. Overall I'd buy again and recommend it to others! ... show more

I have two very active goldendoodles and sometimes they like to pretend they don’t hear me. These collars changed that, and I’ve never had to use the “shock” on them. The beep and vibration work just fine to get their attention and they come running back to me or stop what they’re doing. My previous collar would go to sleep and it wouldn’t work unless I pressed a button to wake it up. Great for battery conservation, but if I forgot to do it before it’s on the dog then I have to do it while they’re wearing it which led to a beep when they weren’t doing anything wrong. These don’t do that. They’re always ready to go, showing on the remote which collar it will affect, and it doesn’t negatively impact the battery life. I also like that there’s a lock option so my pups don’t get anything by accident. The remote is slim, easy to handle and has a wrist strap, which was a must for me. 10/10 recommend this collar! UPDATE 9/9/23 We never had to use the “shock” function on the collars before but both goldendoodles ran off this week and would not come back with the beep or vibrate. I tried to use the shock feature and it did not work on either collar. That’s disappointing because I really did like these collars and the slim feature of the remote control. We will now have to go back to our previous collars that we didn’t like as much but I know they work when I need them to. ... show more

Great training tool. But please know how to use it. There are tone, vibrate and shock settings. The tone and vibrate are effective for most redirections. I like having one remote, but I wish it was easier to toggle between dogs.
