Well made collar and remote, buttons are well placed and easy to access, good battery life. Range works at a good distance - my Airedale and Welsh Terriers haven’t yet managed to exceed it. The sound alarm has many tones, I’ve set a loud one which is great as I can hear it at great distance plus it continues to sound for as long as you have the button pressed, both my dogs have learned to return when I sound it. The strobe on the collar is another great feature, one press gives four very bright flashes that can be easily seen from afar in low light. I haven’t needed to use the shock feature but have tested it on myself so I know it works, just low setting was enough to make me jump! Easy/simple to switch between the two collars, to control the relevant dog. Overall I’m very impressed, I purchased this to replace a previous shock collar, this one is far superior in every department and gives me confidence to allow my dogs to go off lead with the knowledge that I can use it to locate them and if necessary stop them from running into dangerous areas such as roads so well worth the purchase price for peace of mind alone.

If I could give this dog collar 10 stars, I absolutely would! This product has exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the battery life is outstanding. I’ve gone much longer between charges than I ever thought possible, which makes it so convenient for daily use. When it comes to training features, I’m impressed. I’ve only needed to use the shock feature once because the tone and vibrate options work wonders with my dogs. In fact, I usually just have to hold the remote in my hand, and one of my dogs will stop barking immediately. It’s given me peace of mind and made training so much easier. Customer service deserves another 10 stars! When one of my collars stopped charging, I contacted their support team. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement collar right away. It’s rare to find such responsive and caring customer service these days. Overall, this is a GREAT dog collar. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, reliable, and well-supported training collar for their pets.

I received my collars on Friday and we put them on our 2 dogs Saturday morning. We have a 7 year old and 2 year old lab-mix male dogs. Both are HUGE barkers, they bark at anything that comes by our house, a car, a truck, a golf cart, a person walking, birds, butterflies, leaves falling! We can see the green of a golf course hole, and they go crazy when there are golfers on #17. We are in the mountains with a glass front and glass back of the house, so they have unlimited views of everything. This has been a nightmare, with my husband and I working from home and both dogs barking all day and night (headlights) at anything that moves. On Saturday, after putting on the collars, people walked by the house with a dog on a leash, both dogs started barking, we used a verbal command to stop barking and use the beep for the first time. Both dogs stopped dead! The younger one, barked one more time, we gave a verbal command and used the lowest setting of vibrate on his collar. He stopped after one bark and sat down, completely unsure of what was going on. In the past 48+ hours, we have had to use the L setting on vibrate 3 times with the 2 year old and only once on the 7 year old. The beep and a short verbal command is all we need! The garbage truck just came and stopped, not one bark from either dog, the 2 year old whined for a couple of seconds, but never barked. Using the beep to get them to come inside is working beautifully. They are coming inside from the backyard when called the first time. The 2 years old is already calmer and more relaxed. It is like he doesn't have to be on "high alert" all day, looking for something to bark at, so he can just be a dog and enjoy the family. The collars and remote came charged, paired and ready to go. The instructions for use are easy to understand. I wish we had ordered these years ago. We recommend these collars 100%!

I bought the two collar pack and couldn't be happier with the results. I have a couple of American Bulldog puppies that are relatively hard to control. They were attacking farm animals on a regular basis. Two days with the collars, and that habit is mostly broken. One of the puppies has never been hit with a shock, he responds to simply the vibration mode. The other pup is a little harder to control and has received a few jolts, which stopped the bad behavior immediately. I tried the shock out on my hand before putting them on the dogs, to make sure it wasn't going to hurt them. At 30 it was a weird. almost painful feeling, but not harmful, nor actually inducing real pain, so that was what I set them on for them. The remote is set up to control up to four collars, so it seemed like it was going to be a challenge switching between dogs, but as it turns out, I've had plenty of time to cycle through to collar #1 after correcting the one on collar #2. The change in the dogs is like day and night and all of the stress from training the old fashioned way is gone. No more chasing, no more yelling, no more getting upset with them. They accept the collars going on without a problem, and don't mind them being on while playing. We have a big farm, and the dogs can be pretty far away when I send a signal to return (tone mode, usually gets them to come back). Probably the most important thing is to give a voice command before administering a correction. The dogs will pick up quickly on it. At this price, you really can't go wrong, and as far as I can tell, they work just as advertised. Everybody here is happy.
