Got this set of stairs for a senior cat who still loves being on the bed with her human minions. It also works well without the extension set on the top, as a nice sturdy platform for her, as well as the younger more spry cats, to sit on and look out a windows. The little cubby hole that holds the extension set of stairs when not in use is a really cool use of the space. The cats also use this space for napping. I definitely recommend these stairs.

1) The item came in a vacuum sealed super small bag. It was a nightmare just to get it out of the box and cheap plastic. ( But this is minor). 2) The cover was super loose. 3) It has some kind of blue ink that it looks like they tried to removed. 4) The color pink color washed out. 5) It is not study and secured. 6) It came with a cheap glue strip that you are supposed to stick it to the floor or carpet, which I am wondering when you remove it from the floor it the glue would hold on. 7) the size vertical and horizontal not as described for a FIVE STAIRS. ( I uploaded plenty of photos). 8) Wanted to return it but because the item was sucked with into a very small box and I don’t have a sealed bag and vacuum, I was going to have to pay $25 to get a box big enough to get the item inside. My dog had two knee surgeries and the concept of this stairs is very easy on her knee so I decided to keep it. However, I don’t appreciate paying $86 for a product that is damaged with blue ink. The seller is none responsive at all. Returning it in a heartbeat.

I bought this for my senior cat. She was no longer able to jump up to the bed and was clawing her way up the side of the mattress, ripping and making little holes in the sheet as she dis. I tried many times to place her on the steps so she could see that it was easy to climb up. But, she's a cranky old lady and didn't want to be taught anything new. One night she walked up the steps on her own and now uses them most of the time. One just needs to be a little patient with their pet and they'll get the hang of it eventually. (Maybe dogs have a different learning curve than cats.) It also makes a very comfortable place to rest.

My little dog loves to ride "shotgun" in the van but because of her arthritis, she has difficulty getting on/off the seat. Now with these small steps, it is absolutely great - she goes up/down with ease and loves being able to look out the raised window. Steps are small enough that when I don't need to use them, they stow away easily. Very soft and cushy material. I'm quite pleased.

I bought the stairs for my almost 14 year-old poodle mix. He’s having problems with his back legs. The stairs are perfect. I’m so happy our families happy he got right up on them.🥰🐾 They’re soft. They’re wide enough again. I’m so happy a little expensive but our dog is our family so it was worth it.
