The collar is well made quality to last, battery life has been good, full charge last more than 2 weeks now. So far I am impressed that my dogs caught on to the technology very easily. All I have to do is put them on them and they listen. For my dogs I only had to use the electrical zap a couple of times. Now when I put it on them, I use the beep sound, to remind them of the collar. It’s been great. The whimper all the time. It’s like fingers on a chalkboard after awhile. When they just start, one whimper, I put the collar on them and it stops! SUCCESS! I’m very happy with these collars. And they are easy to use.

I like this product, it seems to be of good quality. The remote control has three modes: sound, vibration, and shock. The collar is adjustable, I adjusted it to the right size and put it around my dog's neck, my dog didn't reject the collar. It's an affordable training tool, and I recommend it.

Our 4 month old golden retriever puppy must be going through her teenage rebellious phase, because seemingly over a 2 week period, she has stopped coming back to our door when we call her from being free in the yard. I really had hoped I wouldn't need a training device like this, but with enough dangerous stuff nearby that she could get her nose/body in, I decided to find a training collar like this. When searching for a training collar, there were a few things I was looking for: - Needed to be something that could grow with my dog. - Multiple modes (vibration, sound, shock). I've never used a training collar before, so when I opened the package, I read the directions and assembled the contact probes and spring on the collar. I fitted it on my dog, but it was obvious that the contact spring was bothering my dog. I ended up removing the contact spring and putting the rubber covers over the electrode points. So I'm only using the sound and vibration. The little test piece with the light bulb is really useful, and lets you see visibly how intense the static shock being produced is. I tried different levels from 1 to 99 and observed the light increase in brightness with increased level. It definitely does produce shock of varying levels (I tested on myself even though I'm not using shock on the dog). The remote lets you select settings for 2 different dogs. Since I only have 1 dog, I didn't bother setting up the 2nd settings. The sound only has 1 setting, no adjustment to volume or duration. The vibration has 10 different levels, but these levels are not intensity of vibration, only duration (it seems to be adequate, but intensity adjustment may have been more useful). The charging cable has a fork that enables you to charge collar and remote concurrently (this is nice!). Turning on/off the collar and remote is easy, and the battery life seems to be adequate for our light use. My dog still has some growing to do, and this collar had a lot of excess strap I had to organize somehow. I ended up tying it back around the device. When putting the collar on the dog, she initially is annoyed, but quickly gets past this and resumes her usual behavior in the yard. At this point, just the sound and vibration are enough to provide the negative feedback. Her behavior outside actually has improved with the collar on. It's like she knows she doesn't want to misbehave with the collar on. I've still got some learning to do with dog training, but this seems like a decent value product, and I'd buy again.

I used the Cozypet dog training collar on my husky correct him barking at neighbors or passer-bys. It seems a mild electric shock could be enough to calm him down. The collar worked well as of now and I will keep trying it on my puppy, hope we could get rid of his bad habit with this little tool.
