We have been using this collar for a few weeks now and I can tell you that it really works well. We had the shock set very low on 10 and our dog responded just a little. I cant imagine what 99 would feel like. This device has a sound button that is adjustable, a vibrate button which is also adjustable and an electric pulse which can be doubled if necessary. I got this hoping to train my dog, during the testing I noticed the Vibration/ shock does not work, I let it charge, I read the instructions and for some reason it does not work I know it’s paired because the beep works but nothing else seems to work

Long-haired dog owner here. Standard prongs weren't effective with the Vibration/Shock feature. But the long conductive ones in the package fixed it! The product includes both long and short prongs to suit your dog's hair length perfectly. Flawless training functions with the right prongs. So convenient and effective!
