This is a great training collar at any price point. However, at this price, it is an unbeatable training collar. I had used a very expensive Sport Dog brand collar for years. It was super high quality, but cost 4 times the price of this collar. This collar has more features, and functions just as well, but with a bit less range. My dog never is out of my sight, so it made no sense for me to pay dearly to have more than a mile of range. I love how simple it is to use. It works well, and has two ways to train your dog, whether you just want a slight buzz to correct their behavior or a stronger shock. The customer service was amazing and quick! I had requested another collar due to my dog ripping up the first collar I put on him, and they immediately replied back and sent me a new one. Purchased Oct of 24 and loved it. Long range signal for our seven acres. Long battery life on collar and remote. Light in collar is great for potty walks at night. Had it for three months when the collar stopped charging and reached out to the company via email and they mailed a new one the next day and it arrived within a week. I feel more comfortable with my dogs wearing these collars,especially at night. They are easy to find. So many features for the collars and remote. They seem to be holding up rather nicely and I don't have to charge them very often. I always use the volume and the vibrate to call the dogs inside and save.the shock for the serious dangerous situations. (SNAKES AND CARS) ... show more
