My puppies 2 and 6 months ore in and out of this playpen all the time. They like the 2 doors and it is their preferred place to sleep. It was easy to put together but doesn’t travel well in my Subaru Forester. I wish it came with a carebeaner that fit the zippers.

*Updated Review (1 month later with using) : I brought this for my 3 month kitten. Easy to set up and sturdy! The zipper (on the pet entry) gets stuck. The zipper eventually came off as well as the velcrow. I had to sow velcrow back and use safety pins to keep it closed. I'd say be gentle and careful with that. All in all, this was an okay buy. This pen was perfect for our 8 week old puppy. It has multiple uses. We put our puppy in it when we can’t keep an eye on him and at night so he can still be near us. The removable mesh top and all the mesh windows are great.

Buyer be ware. This was very poorly assembled. It is sad, because it is a well designed dog pen. It could have been great if there was a bit more quality control on the manufacturing process. One of the doors on ours is sewn shut, so the only way to get in and out of it is through the top. I would have returned it on day one, but Amazon doesn't support returns with their Vine program yet. ... show more

First thing you must know is that it took a WEEK to air out and it STILL has a slight odor, even with using febreeze on it! It was completely unusable at first because of how stinky it was. My dog sneezed every time she got near it so there was NO way to use it upon arrival. So if you purchase this, make sure to give yourself plenty of time to air it out because it will desperately need it. I am using this "playpen" for a 3 lb. Chihuahua. This is the largest playpen this brand has and it is SMALL! It is more like a want-to-be soft crate instead. We use it in our camper so it works for a quiet place for her to go and lay down but she is tiny and I would NOT recommend this for dogs over 10 lbs. The fabric is ok, not the best I've seen but will do the job. I really do not like that it has to be basically assembled with the rods. I have another pop up, actual playpen, that has no rods and is much easier to put up and take down. This is really not a great value considering other types don't stink and can be put up/down easier.
