Really like the aesthetic. It is sturdy and the smaller version fits my dachshund with plenty of room. He went right in and claimed it as his. Easy to assemble. The pieces are well made and all together sturdy. The two “drawers” are faux drawers - they are fabric with a wood front and there are no slides to glide when pulling open. Instead if you pull open you may have a not-drawer on the floor. I can’t imagine anything weighing more than a few ounces would work. We plan on not using those - but love everything else.

When we received our order parts were broken. When we reached out to the company we found that their email no longer exists. Through Amazon we were able to exchange the product. The new product had pieces that we made incorrectly causing the door to open the cage and the drawers to be on opposite sides. Luckily the original box had the correctly made piece and we could assembly the crate. The drawers don’t go all the way back and are incredibly flimsy. It was a pain to put together but does look nice.

The media could not be loaded. Great product but opened the box and started coughing and sneezing. I started building and my hands started itching. I looked with my phone flashlight and saw that every piece is covered in fiberglass! I don’t even know where fiberglass would even come from! I had to put on gloves, clean ALL of the pieces, vacuum and mop the whole room to get all the fiberglass out. I’m glad I caught it before my dogs were SLEEPING IN FIBERGLASS

Make no mistake. This is a poorer quality piece of ‘furniture’ than IKEA. It is nothing more than over priced compressed board with a wood look laminate. It is packaged with cheap and thin styrofoam boards. So I recommend keeping the vacuum nearby as you build. Otherwise it’s just gonna get stuck to everything. The pilot holes for screws did not line up with pieces at all. Like at all. So I had to carefully lay everything out to make sure latches would lock etc and made my own pilot holes. After years of fussing with pieces of IKEA furniture, I feel that all that training was for this moment in time. It arrived a week ahead of when it was originally suppose to be delivered so I was very excited about that. Although when unpacked I saw that one of the most important pieces, the top, was broken on both ends. This was quite a heavy package and I used a dolly to get it into my house. Trying to repackage it and get it back to Amazon was a feat I was not prepared to make. So I pushed through to try and assemble it anyways and make whatever hacks I needed to along the way. I am disabled so I took piece by piece out of the box and actually built it on top of my bed as much as possible so I did not have to bend etc and used my power drill on a low setting to put all the screws in etc All the wooden dowels you are supposed to use are too small for the pre drilled holes and sit in them limply. Easily falling out at the slightest jostle. The measurements listed are not correct. The interior measurements are 22in wide x 38in long. For those of you wondering if your own high quality dog bed will fit inside the crate for your dog. Nothing about this screams quality. Even the handles on the door are plastic. For the price I paid I certainly expected better. It’s too bad we cannot go to furniture stores to find pieces like this these days. We don’t all want a giant, heavy, ugly metal crate in our house. This design allowed me to use it as a end table next to my bed so my dog can go into it to sleep and she can still come out to wake me from my c-ptsd induced nightmares as well as allowing me a space to put my small bedside lamp and some things in the drawers that I need easy access too. The drawers do not even come with rails. They literally just slide in and slide out tipping down to the ground. Something I will have to buy and install myself. Am I going to keep it? Yes. It’d be a pain in the butt to return. Do I like it? No. It is a complete waste of money. It should absolutely be of higher quality for the price paid. I would in no way ever recommend this product to friends or family. And if your dog chews at all, you’re just gonna end up with a pile of sawdust to clean up when they are done. Poor craftsmanship through and through.

Most important thing first: my dog broke out of it while we were out. Nothing looks broken, so I think she wiggled at the door enough until the lock gave way. This crate has a very small, flimsy lock. What good is a crate that can't even keep my dog in? It's way too heavy and too much trouble to disassemble, not to mention you need the original packaging to return it (that is not something I keep around for weeks). Like others have said, the drawers are also pretty useless as they just come right out when you pull. I got this so it would look nicer than a regular dog crate, but now I'm regretting it, I would value the security of a regular one. Looks like I'll have to buy an additional lock to go on it. Also be warned if your dog chews at all. She destroyed the bed that came in it in about 30 seconds flat.

Ordered once and it was completely broken. Ordered again, and several pieces were broken upon arrival. But none were visible nor structural, so we decided to put it together anyway. Spent literally 4 hours putting this crate together. It's a ton of work. Then measured it. It's more than 2 inches shorter in every direction than outlined—too small for our dog.
