Great for the price, use them as extra protection during walks with our two large pit bulls (90+ pounds) because they can easily pull me down. The shock isn’t strong so if you have stubborn dogs it won’t be useful to you. My boys respond to the vibration so I rebuy often because of the low Price and the ease of mind that I won’t lose my dogs if they get excited over a deer.

I have a previously purchased remote and collar so I bought this collar for my new dog. This collar did not work. It would not connect to the remote. Do not buy.

I have 3 of these collars with their own individual remote. One of our dogs managed to "lose" their collar so I found this replacement. The new collar paired up effortlessly to the older remote, but these new collars have a slightly different design and utilize an on/off button now. The one thing I do not like about these collars versus the older models (they didn't have any buttons) is that it auto turns off. I cannot stand this. Every morning before I let my dogs out, I have to make sure I press the "on" button to turn it on. While the other ones continously stay on and I never have to worry about them until they go low on charge. I hate having to manually turn it on (idk if this is a battery saving feature or not) but what's ironic is if it is, then it doesn't work. These collars have WAY worse battery life than the older counterparts. The old collars last 4 days straight. The new model can barely manage two days, and that's with it auto shutting off as well. Overall, I'm disappointed. I'm happy with the older models but this newer replacement isn't up to par. I would look elsewhere if you guys want a collar that doesn't auto shut off.

That was by far the easiest collar to pair with the remote. The instructions say 5 second hold and i did it at the same time. I tried collar 1st then remote and that didn't work. I turned it off and held both buttons at the same time and 5 seconds later I have a working collar. Nothing happened to the original I lost it somewhere. I've been using this brand for 4 years and it works exceptionally well.

The collar came quickly and it was a replacement for one that really didn’t meet my expectations as far as battery life. This collar was easily matched with the controller and battery seems to last as expected. Customer service is not the best because they require a picture, original invoice, and a letter notifying what is wrong before they will even talk to you. I had a good experience with a previous collar that lasted for several years. The battery life on this collar seems to be good.
