These work great for all my doodle dogs. I have 3, so one has to have a different collar. I have a barker. That's putting it mild, but it is high pitched, and she wasn't trained properly before I got her. She has reduced her barking in the past 9 months, but she still goes ape if someone/thing walks by our house over 100 feet away from her. There's also barking from excitement from visitors. 9 months and I relented to bark collars. She is an extremely good dog, unless she sees or hears another dog, or a "stranger" comes to the door. If she goes off, my other two dogs go off. If these had a remote to go with them they would be perfect, but they arw great for inside bark control (desperately needed) and backyard bark control (recent issue, since my neighbor has started working frkm home sometimes, and their dog sets off my dog who sets off my other two dogs, and the neighbor gets upset). I have not had an instance of errors with these collars when any of the 3 dogs wear them. I have not had instances where it misses a bark. She has learned that if she barks quietly (and I am ALL for quiet barking) she can alert me without the collar going off. This is what I want. I even forgot to put it back on her, after we were playing, and she did bark, but 50% was quiet barks, and when she saw a group of people, it was the louder barks. She is definitely learning from this collar and I am super grateful. I pair this with a different collar that has a remote, when we are going somewhere. The dogs typically jump straight in the vehicle, but sometimes hear a dog that "need assistance." 🙄 That means the bark collar works, but not to keep her on our property. This is why I wish these collars also have a remote. I have tried another bark collar that also works well, but she got used to it. I will likely have to rotate collars to prevent her from getting too used to one or the other before she is fully trained. It, at least, shouldn't take another 9 months The collars have very straightforward instructions. I charged them, set them, put the prongs and covers (I appreciate the silicone covers because I'm afraid she would get injured while learning otherwise), and adjust the collars to size. I do take them off when the dogs are playing and when they are sleeping (they talk in their sleep). I do wish they were an "all in one" with a remote, but they are great for the bulk of what I need to train for. It is important to note, as with any collar, if the dog senses danger, they will keep barking to make sure their loved ones are alerted to the danger. The collar will not prevent all barking because dogs are super loyal and will do anything to make sure YOU are alerted to possible danger. Do keep that in mind. The collar will cut back on nuisance barking.

Updated: 6/25/26 We keep getting emails asking us if we want a refund. A refund was already given. I want the emails to stop. Updated: 6/3/26 The seller gave me a full refund, so I’m changing this to 5 stars. Quality customer service counts for a lot. I really wanted — and honestly NEEDED — to love this bark collar. And I say “collar” plural because this was actually my second attempt at finding a solution for my very vocal dog. At this point, my dog treats every squirrel, leaf, delivery truck, neighbor, passing cloud, and suspicious gust of wind like it’s a national emergency that must be loudly announced to the entire neighborhood. When I first started using this collar, I thought I had finally found the answer. It worked surprisingly well in the beginning. I only used the beep and vibrate settings, and my dog immediately noticed it. The first few times he barked, he stopped, looked confused, and seemed to reconsider all of his life choices. For a brief, beautiful moment, there was peace. Birds were singing. My blood pressure was lowering. I could hear my own thoughts again. Unfortunately, that success did not last. Over time, the collar seemed to stop responding consistently. It was fully charged, turned on correctly, and I had the sensitivity turned all the way up, but eventually it just stopped reacting when my dog barked. And trust me — my dog gave it plenty of opportunities to test it. Once he figured out the collar was no longer “backing up its threats,” the barking came back full force. Honestly, I think he realized he had won the psychological war. At this point, he probably thinks he pays the mortgage here. To be fair, I do think the concept is good, and I can see how this might work really well for some dogs, especially calmer or less stubborn ones. The fact that it worked initially proves that the beep and vibrate settings can absolutely get a dog’s attention. I also appreciated having a non-shock option since I was specifically looking for something gentler. Sadly, though, this just was not the long-term solution for us. I honestly would have paid significantly more money if I knew I could finally find something that consistently worked for my dog. The search for peace and quiet continues. If anyone needs me, I’ll be in my house listening to my dog alert me that a car door closed three streets away.

Couldn't be happier with this product. My two sibling 20 pound pups barked loud and long at any knock, suspicious noise, or other disturbance in their hearing. Once in bark mode, the was a full minute of chaos until they could be chased away from the door. NOT ANY MORE!! Our female (the ring leader) wore the collar, barked, and promptly got buzzed (I haven't used the shock feature). It took about one more day to convince her to stop barking at stuff! Her brother, seemingly by osmosis, no longer barks either! Blessed peace and quiet! The instructions are pretty straightforward, easy to set up, quick charging. It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't had to recharge the collar yet, and the battery level is still well over half. Excellent product, highly recommended.

My dog no longer barks at every little thing. My dog would literally not stop barking and with a new grandbaby coming I couldn’t have that. With only wearing the collar for two days he stopped barking like he normally would. No noise. The battery last about a week off of one charge. It looked just like the collar just for wireless fence systems. So far it has proved to be very durable. Well worth the money

I wanted this dog bark collar to work, but it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my dog. My dog is naturally anxious, and while the collar did detect barking accurately, the response seemed to increase her anxiety rather than reduce the barking. She became more unsettled and stressed while wearing it, which told me this wasn’t the right tool for her temperament. That said, the collar itself appears well-made. Setup was straightforward, it charged easily, and the smart bark detection seemed responsive. I can see this working better for dogs who bark out of habit or excitement rather than anxiety or fear. If you have a sensitive or anxious dog, I’d recommend approaching this cautiously or consulting a trainer or vet before using a no-bark collar. For calmer dogs with nuisance barking, it may be more effective. I appreciate the concept and build quality, but it just wasn’t a good match for my dog’s needs.

Bought this for my chihuahua who loves the sound of his own voice and barks at everything. Only used the vibrate and beep mode NEVER used the shock setting. The collar works well however after using it, it rubbed all the fur off his neck where it was sitting. He only wore it for a few hours during the day and it comes off at night. Will not be using it anymore. I will find something else for him. * Editing that customer service did reach out to me and refunded my money. Great customer service but not changing my star rating.

We got this for one of our dogs as she barks at everything. She has poor eyesite and often barks at me when I come into a room, even after she hears my voice. We had to do something, and we have used other types of bark collars in the past, but they only last so long. I rated this 4 starts as the directions were not clear if 1 or 7 is the most sensitive setting, so we set it on 4. We also have two 4 month old puppies that get to playing and will caus the collor to activate, so we never set it to shock, only to vibrate. Other that the sensative setting this collar is easy to adjust (our dog weighs in at about 16lbs, so she is small)

One of the advantages of having a very smart dog is that once she gets the warning once or twice, you don’t even have to actually turn it on. The controls are not easy to understand and the settings are challenging at best. Maybe I’m just old but not a huge fan of the display. Like mentioned above, she got a taste, so it’s not even turned on any more.
