I love everything about this set! The color...the size...it looks nice...was not hard to put together and the cushions do not feel cheap! The seller was amazing! The media could not be loaded. So don’t do what I did. Don’t wait 7 months after you order it to assemble the set. While all the pieces were in there, along with all the hardware (whew), the instructions mention that if the glass for the table is broken upon arrival, contact customer service right away. However, the return window is only 30 days. Lucky for me, only the plastic packing on the glass corners was broken; the glass itself was intact. The shipment arrived in 4 large boxes. The instructions were in one of the four boxes and had a ribbon on them to help make sure you saw the instructions. A few of the weave pieces had broken off too, from one of the chairs, but they were inconspicuous so I decided to live with them. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow. All the tools were included. It is really helpful to have another person when putting the pieces together. It took 2 of us about 4 hours to put all of the pieces together. The cushions are reasonably well padded and dried off quickly after the rain. I think the cream color looks sharp in the summer with the red pillows. All in all I’m happy with this purchase. It’s a little smaller than I imagined in my head, but it still works for me.

I had been looking for a long time for the perfect wicker outdoor furniture set. I wanted gray specifically and I found this one and thought it was perfect! Ordering was easy, delivered by fedex ground within a week. Came in 4 separate boxes but please read this: My husband is a master carpenter and woodworker and it still took him about 4 hours to assemble Everything was very neatly and safely packed well. The wicker and steel pieces seem very sturdy Open all 4 boxes to assess the pieces that you have. The couch is NOT one full piece, it is 3 separate pieces that can be moved around or clipped together Similar to other reviews, I recommend you unpack everything before starting to assemble & lay everything out The tool package was great, located in box #2, came with a small wrench, allen key, and wrachet Lots of bolts and screws packed in different boxes but nicely labeled. Check the labeling of your furniture pieces carefully: A, B, C.. The wrachet broke before he was able to finish assembling it. The gray color is great. The cushions are a little thin but not a big deal. The material gets dirty very easily so make sure you buy a cover. They can be removed to be washed. Get some nice colorful throw pillows to dress it up. This set is on the smaller side so it's great for a small deck, patio...if you are looking to entertain larger groups of people though, buy 2 or get a bigger set. Overall quality is very good, I was very excited about the neutral colors. Wish there was a way to secure the pillows on the ottoman and the backs of the seats, they tend to slide down. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. I will hopefully be building a floating deck to put it on.

I recently turned a fairly small deck into a screened in porch and wanted a nice set of furniture for all the hours we will spend in our new favorite room. I searched for days looking at style, price, measurements and configurations because my space and my budget were so limited. This set seemed to check all the boxes and the price was awesome. I do worry about quality when I find a "lower than most" price but I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. Customer service is amazing! After ordering I received an email with all 4 tracking numbers and some helpful tips for assembly. It arrived a week ahead of schedule even though one box was delivered a day after the other 3. The boxes were packed with impressive precision for maximizing space. I followed the suggestion to unpack everything and group pieces together. Like other reviewers have said, bring your patience and plan at least 4+ hours to get it all together. It's not hard at all, just tedious. The quality is top notch. Very sturdy and solid. The cushions are thick and seem like they will hold up well over time. Also easy to clean. As soon as it was all put together my dog and her muddy feet insisted on testing her new nap spot out. Sure enough, she left a few footprints but they came right out with a quick surface cleaning. I got a few colorful pillows to accent the space, and will probably pick up another throw for the cooler nights to come. I see myself spending a lot of time out here entertaining my people since we aren't traveling any time soon. If you think this will work for your space, get it! I highly recommend the furniture and the company.

Edited to add: well it’s been 3 years or so and all the cushions have become moldy from the rain despite us trying to keep it clean and covered as much as we can. Easy to put together, came with all the tools I needed. Before delivery I got an email telling me it will come in four different boxes and was given tracking numbers, instructions on how to put it together, and if I needed any additional help whom to contact. The cushions are a little hard but I think I just need to break them in. Came with two red pillows but I put my own per my decor theme. The color of the cushions are more beige-cream, more beige (which I expected it to be more on the light creme, but not a big deal breaker for us) The table glass doesn’t stay put, I have to figure out how to put in new suction to attach it which isn’t a big deal for us either. Overall, it does the job for me. I didn’t want to spend thousands on outdoor furniture so this was perfect and my husband and I sit outside more often now, we’re very, very happy with it.
