This is definitely a good set for the money. It looks nice and is compact which is perfect for small decks and patios. The quality and sturdiness doesn’t stand out but is certainly better than expected for the price tag. The assembly wasn’t bad at all. I didn’t swear or throw a temper tantrum at any point during the process. One thing I would warn people against is over tightening the screws. The diameter of the washers is barely larger than the holes in the frame so over tightening will pull the washer through the hole. I may buy larger washers to add more stability. If that is something you think would help, I would suggest buying washers before you build it so you don’t have to go back and do it later. Also, only hand tighten the screws at first and then tighten everything up at the end or else the holes won’t line up as easily. Overall I am satisfied with the set for the price. It’s not gonna last ten years, but for under $300 it is a bargain.

After unboxing everything i found that most of the parts had not been painted properly with rust prevention, since this is an outdoor product i think that is very poor, also the screws provided are very soft and strip very easily making building it almost impossible

Great value for the money...easy to assemble and perfect fit for my small patio...opted this over a patio table and chairs as we just relax on our patio often...added a propane firepit and it's a welcoming place to relax and converse!

I love it!! Took me a couple of hours to assemble but if you have a partner to at least hand you the tools, it is easy... some of the screws were pretty difficult to fully tighten.. I will have to check back in a couple of days to see if there is something getting loose. Overall very satisfied with this product. Can’t go wrong for the price.. also, the customer service for this product is AMAZING! My dog chewed two pieces and these people sent me replacement pieces with no questions asked! Did not charge me any money either! I am so happy! Thanks for your great service

Easy to assemble, great seller, all seats can hold my weight of 200lbs, all items arrived safely with no cosmetic damage, great packaging. Zero complaints. You will definitely need throw pillows to give some lower-back support, but this is not a fault of the product, just the reality of patio furniture at this price point.

The is the 3rd patio set I've ordered from ExcelTech Direct / Do4U to compliment (everything matches) my other sets I've purchased from them and again, I am very happy with this purchase. Great Price, High quality, and Excellent customer service! The assembly instructions were very easy to follow and I setup the set in about 1 hour. I added decorative pillows to the back for extra comfort, but it is still comfortable without pillows. This has been the best online shopping experience I've had.
