This is just the collection kit and order form for tests. It arrived without the swabs and so is useless. Not worth the trouble to return it so writing it off as a loss.

Turn around time for results was long and then was told cannot do because of NY. I did not find where it says no NY results. Very frustrating

We bought a NIPP test in december. didnt get the results back until middle of january. The turn around time was awful. As i constantly asked about where my results were the CS couldn't tell me. When i told them id be leaving a review they magically emailed me my results right away. The results weren't detailed. They just said so and so is not the father. No breakdown. Turns out "so and so" actually is the father and they gave me false results back. They say money back guaranteed and i have been trying to get that but they will not respond to emails or chat services to resolve the issue. Do not recommend. ... show more

Things they don't tell you about the non-invasive prenatal paternity testing: 1. The lab testing gets done in the UNITED KINGDOM 2. It takes a 10 business days for the results to come back. 3. Customer service doesn't not help with anything. 4. This is a very shady and unethical business. This wasted a full 2 weeks at a time we're time is of the essence. ... show more
