I had high hopes for this radiator. I researched the company a bit and decided to give this one a try. Sadly, it was not meant to be. I gave it a second try, and that didn’t turn out good either. Same problem both times. The first radiator showed up with damage to the packaging. 2 holes were worn thru the box right where the transmission cooler lines are installed on the radiator. One of the transmission cooler line flared nipples was missing. I went to 3 auto parts stores to try and find something to make it work, nothing. I went to a specialty radiator shop in town and searched thru a fittings bin for 45 mins and found nothing that would work. The threads on the trans cooler lines are course not fine, whereas most transmission cooler lines are fine pitch. Scavenging the lines from the old radiator was also not an option due to the construction of the DNA radiator. So, I ordered a replacement. The second dna radiator showed up with damage to the packaging in the exact spot at the first. Both the transmission cooler lines were there this time but both had significant damage. So much marring on the lines that it would ruin a transmission cooler hose in no time. Additionally, the lines were worn down at the compression connection likely due to shipping. The wear wore a groove on both transmission cooler lines, deep enough to cause me to hesitate using it in fear of a future transmission cooler line leak. My options were to file down the marring and cross my fingers that they wouldn’t develop a leak, or return it. I chose to return it. The construction of the radiator was solid. It has a thick core and a condensed cooling fin design for more efficient cooling. The tanks were high quality and the mounting brackets were sturdy. All the holes were correctly aligned and appeared to be good quality. Sadly, the transmission cooler lines are an issue with this radiator. More specifically the packaging associated with the radiator and the cooler lines is prone to damage during shipment. If the company used a styrofoam cover for the top and bottom tanks it would prevent this from happening. Another cost effective option would be for the company to ship the radiator with the transmission cooler lines uninstalled on the radiator and packaged separately in a plastic bag with instructions on how to install. Shipping the radiator with the lines uninstalled would prevent any damage to them altogether. I purchased a Murray brand radiator from Oriellys for my replacement. The Murray brand on the box is a relabeled Spectra radiator, complete with spectra badging and instructions on assembly and a lifetime warranty thru Oriellys. The “Murray” Spectra radiator is as close to OEM as I’ve seen and is great quality, superior to even Denso in this instance. Vehicle in reference is a 2007 Toyota Sequoia with a 4.7L VVTi engine. Original radiator size is 1 7/16” thick core. Most places only offer a 1 1/4” core and don’t have the correct radiator in stock. Oriellys stocks the 1 7/16” core radiator, in a Murray branded box with the product actually being a Spectra radiator. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless the company changes its packaging to prevent damage during shipment. ... show more

Parts were broken off, both transmission conections were broken aswell as the radiator overflow conection. Not a single bolt aligned with the vehicle. This part is trash and should not be sold.
