This radiator was packaged pretty well. Parts of it were sticking out of the side of the box when I got it, but the core area was protected pretty well. It matched up exactly and fit perfectly with no modifications. Just remember to swap the 3 clips that hold the electric fan on from the old unit to your new one. As a minor problem, the radiator cap now goes on counter clockwise to tighten. For those that might be concerned that this radiator has provisions for an automatic transmission, the top hole runs to the bottom hole connected by a coiled tube completely sealed from the coolant inside the radiator. If you have a manual trans just leave them alone, there's nothing to do. No need to plug the holes. Not the highest quality radiator, but it's a great price and my car now runs dramatically cooler. ... show more

I just took delivery of the DNA radiator. It was delivered USPS on time in outstanding packaging. It was shrink wrapped against cardboard the same size as the box so it could not move. I will review the performance in the future when and if it proves to be reliable and have longevity. It's going in my 2006 f150 king ranch 5.4L. 315,000mi. Original engine, no timing job....yet. The 5 star is for packaging only. UPDATE 3MONTHS USE. The transmission line threads are not the same size as the original. Also the new has a couple more rows of cooling fins. No leaks ,it's working well. ... show more

So to start off I was excited when the radiator came In, the box was damaged so I opened it up to inspect the radiator an sure enough the fan bottom positioner was broken the radiator was bent in the center I'm assuming whoever shipped it stacked package on top of it . But other than that the radiator is a exact match for my 2010 f150 5.4 no other complaints. ... show more

Transmission lines did not connect properly. Had to use adapters and modify everything to fit the transmission lines. For in the truck but didn’t have the right adapters either.
