I just got it today, unpacked it and started charging the battery. The battery charged quick from I would assume the battery is half charged to start with. I noticed that the battery enclosure used velcro instead of water tight zippers. I'm not planning to use this around snow so I'm not too concerned about it. The gloves outer later are mostly made out of leather except for the wrist area and knuckles. It is very well made and hope that it would last a long time and get my money's worth. I probably would not have bought it if I was to pay full price. The measurement is tricky since the palm of my hands are wide. The guide tells me that I needed to order XXL with the palm measurent but the middle finger measurement indicated that I need a size small. I ended up measuring the back of middle finger and that landed to size large. I ordered the size large and it fit perfectly. No extra space on the finger tips š. The gloved heated up quickly on the high setting. I will have to play around with the other temperature settings depending on how cold hands are. The index finger and thumb does work with touch screens but it will take several getting used to. It gloves feels like it needed a little bit of break-in to get it more flexible on the fingers... no biggie. Overall, I really like it and plan to use it daily until it gets to warmer season. Taking the kids to school in the morning just got better ššš

Wish it had more grip on the palm & fingers , but other than that they are so far good quality & warm , but for sum reason when you turn them on the hot setting after short time they like to change to a lower setting usually to the white or med setting ? If I repush the settings to the red it will stay on to the red then ? If I can get feed back from them ilon this be cool

These gloves did a great job while the battery iived. However, after two charges, one battery failed to take a charge. One their own they are warm but not warm enough to ride in 40 degree weather (I am a horse trainer). While the battery was working, medium was sufficient to keep my hands warm riding in 30 degree weather.
