Personally, I use them on my pull up bar that is attached to my power rack, which is very stable. The arm slings are padded provide good support during workouts, minimizing strain on the arms and shoulders. However, I found the straps to take a little getting used to at first. They are a little hard on your arms but you get used to them after a while. The straps are also adjustable in length so anyone can use them. Overall, the straps are a valuable addition to any home gym, and I recommend them for core work.

I'm 6'4". I have long arms. I barely have enough length to fit my forearms in these while being able to grab with my hands. But it's fine. Could be a bit longer for that reason. Use daily on my home gym.

Straps look and seemingly feel sturdy. But on a couple of occasions, I would hear a snapping sound. I didn't notice anything wrong with them. I finally took the time to inspect them closely, which is when I noticed where one flaw was starting to appear. The first photo shows how the stitching and ribbing all line up nicely. The second photo shows how the strap appears to be pulling out. The ribbing no longer aligns in a parallel fashion. My guess is that the strap is ripping away from the rivet within the folds. I've only used them 5-6 times. I'm an average weight of 180 lbs. I will be contacting the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Will post a follow-up on how that goes.

I have never used straps like these. I’ve always wanted to after an acquaintance told me about them. That was 6 years ago. I’m so bummed I waited so long. These things pinpoint the muscle in your upper arms right around the armpits and thereabout; a really hard place to shed fat and get muscle. The knee ups up are challenging and I can only do four sets of 20. (But I’m 60 years old.) I get a tremendous aerobic pump. I’ve had the straps for about a month and I use them every time I go to the gym. I LOVE WHAT THEY DO TO MY BODY!
