I was outside of my return window because I ordered at the beginning of my bathroom remodel and did not finish tiling until 3 months later. We installed this in our master bath to replace a worn out, sad shower fixture and wow, what an upgrade! We didn’t use the arm as I had a different mounting fixture that I wanted to use (Speakman 5” riser) that had its own switch to change from shower head to handheld, so we also didn’t use the water inlet parts for inside the wall. That would be more appropriate for construction, not our remodel. I think it’s absolutely gorgeous and I love the soft rain shower feel with the handheld option as well. If you love rain shower heads you'll love this. For being easy to install, only if you already have plumbing for a separate hand wand already. It does take two sources of water for this one, the spray doesn't come from the shower head so just know this before you buy. The good stuff though. When I got it hooked up it had decent water pressure and the hand held works amazingly. The shower head feels heavy duty and it covers a great area so you aren't left half freezing spinning around in circles while trying to shower. It looks absolutely stunning and like it belongs in a hotel room. I've had it installed for about a week and it's taking my hard water here like a champ. Overall I think this is a great product for people who like dancing in the rain. ... show more

For rating this product, I give it a 5 star overall based on quality, ease of installation, matches description, arrived early, and the ease of use. This shower valve has a unique valve housing which can be used to seal it to the face of the tile backing board, thus leaving no need to worry about a leaking valve and causing water damage. The long arm that attaches to the rainfall head pretty much centers the head in the shower layout. It is more than comfortable that you don't bump your elbows into the wall. The valve and fixtures also give plenty of water pressure. The switching valve only allows either the rainfall or handheld to operate at a time. The quality of the actual valve body, handheld, arm are more than likely solid brass and quite heavy, not like what you find in the typical big box home improvement stores. This shower head also has silicone nubs allowing you to easily knock off any hard water deposits with ease, just brush your hand over the nubs while the fixture is on, and all the calcified debris dissappear. I highly recommend this valve to anyone looking to remodel their shower. ... show more
