Fits regular plumbing and water pressure is great. Only downside is the shower head pipe. Instead of using a full thick walled pipe with threaded ends, they opted for a very thin tin like pipe with threaded in npt adapters. But replacements are cheap at any big box store. 1-year in and this shower system was really a great buy. Great looking product! Levers run smooth and intuitively. The rain head is capable of putting out a lot of water. I had a little issue with the cartridge after our house got rally cold during a blizzard this winter where the power was out for a long time. Seller quickly sent the replacement piece needed to get it back to 100%. Would definitely recommend this shower system.

By the time I got home, the construction guy had already installed it, otherwise I would return it because the color is too dark compared to my other fixtures and all the shower drains I found. The valve was good quality, heavy brass, but the hand piece is a cheap plastic, like most on the market today. He installed all the tile wrong (1” gap between the tiles and wall where he globbed thinset on in spots, instead of spreading it evenly). The entire job was a disaster and a scam, so it all had to be torn out. This gives me a chance to purchase a different brand now. Don’t believe workers that insist you don’t need to be home while they work….tough lessons learned.

The packing of the article was very good. The central piece (connecting all pipes) is made out of copper with the sturdiness expected. The same happens with the handheld base that connects to the outlet pipe and handle. The other parts feel normal. The installation is as easy as it can be expected, having two input pipes (one for cold and one for hot water). and two output pipes (one for the shower and the other for the handheld). It was installed by a professional who made it look easy and we tested it for around one week to ensure we got no water leaks, before getting the ceramic tiles in place. The description and details are accurate (10 Inch Rain Shower Head, 6-Function Handheld Spray, Prevent Water Hammer, Adjustable Shower Bracket, Extra Long Shower Hose). Please notice that I have not contacted their customer support service, so I have no idea how good or bad that is. At the moment I've got no water leaks at all, looks good and the only possible minus to mention is the resistance to fingerprints, which I wrongly assumed would also prevent having hard water stains.
