Our contractor did the installation. The water flow is great from both the overhead pan shower head and the handheld. At first the diverter knob was a bit hard to turn but thanks to Sofia from SunRise support I was able to resolve the problem. Their customer support is great. I wanted to wait one month before writing a review of this shower system. Overall, it’s a good complete system. The matte black is great. HOWEVER, the matte black on the hose that’s connected to the handheld is peeling off. I’ve tried to contact the company for a warranty but it’s impossible to get a hold of them. BEWARE OF THE WARRANTY. Other than that issue, the whole system has been good so far. UPDATE: After having issues with replacement parts and customer service not returning emails, I was finally able to be concerted with a customer service representative and they replaced the hose and bracket holder due to peeling. I was also notified that the shower system has a 10 year warranty. Thank you for responding and replacing the defective items. Awesome customer service support after all. ... show more

I love it! The hardware is kind of lesser caliber than say Delta or Moen, but it does a great job. I love the selector switch and the head has good pressure - enough to wash a ladies hair thoroughly. Would recommend for a budget bath faucet!

Have it installed by a contractor, no issues. After a day or two it starts to drip water randomly from either end. Had the system on shower head completely, water off, and drops of water still come out from the rain shower. Had it turned to the rain shower, water off, and the hose head had water shaking out of it. It's not well made. Seller also non-responsive. Since it's already installed with new tiles it'll be another cost to replace. Update: company customer service is sincere in wanting to help solve the issue. Sent a new part to try to remedy the problem. However, although the issue has improved, it is still not eliminated completely, so possibly a design issue. I was worried that a rain shower head would not provide sufficient pressure with our old plumbing. But this one provides more than enough. Indeed, turn the flow down or split if between the rain shower head and hand-held, it is like being in a torrential downpour! Ample pressure. And, yes, you can use both the hand-held and rain shower heads together, with variable diversion. The hand-held is not as modern looking as others, and it does feel a little plasticy, but it works amazingly--with almost too much pressure and several useful spray patterns.
