Can't believe we waited so long to finally try these out. We liked the first one so well we put another one in the upstairs guest toilet. Just love them and yes they were easy to install with just the basic tools most people would have on hand. The only installation issue to me was it would have been nice if they had included a tiny roll of plumbers (Teflon) tape as I'm not sure that is something everyone would have on hand.
