This coat is warm, love the 2 way zipper, and hood. It washes beautifully. Normally I wear a small or medium due to a full upper arm. The first one I got I was surprised to see it was a small and fit fine. I wanted a black, ivory needs frequent washing, thought I would be safe and get a medium. As it was getting much colder where I live, I was looking for a new jacket to stay warm with that had a good length and didn’t just end at my hips. This “DKNY womens Walker-length Puffer Coat With Hood and Adjustable Internal Drawcord – Quilted Long Winter Jacket” fit the bill, and I’m so happy I got it. This jacket keeps me nicely warm and insulated even on the coldest days in my area (where it’s reached 0 degrees Fahrenheit). However, it does this without being super bulky or making me overly warn after a bit of time wearing it, which is impressive compared to my former warmest jacket. This one traps just enough heat but doesn’t make you start sweating when you wear it. I ordered it in gray and think the color is very nice as well. Moreover, the jacket itself feels high quality. It also has great details like zippered pockets and an inner pocket. It even has the addition of doubled-up sleeves by the wrist to make it so that cold air can’t get in when you move your arms. My only drawback is the main zipper of the jacket is actually two, and they are a bit fiddly to zip up or unzip. It always takes me a few seconds more of struggling than I expect to get it hooked on/off, but this is minor and not a big complaint at all. Honestly, I can’t believe the value for price for this jacket. It feels luxurious and soft to wear. I’ve been very impressed while wearing it for the past month, and it’s become my go-to jacket I’ll pick up when heading out. I definitely recommend this one! ... show more

I have zero complaints about this coat. I have never owned a long winter coat before, but I had always assumed they must be uncomfortable, boy was I wrong. This coat is amazing. Let's start from top to bottom. The hood is the perfect size, no gapping, giving ample coverage from the cold. And if it is to big, you can use the adjustable drawcord to tighten it. It is also removable. The zipper comes up high so you can so you block out all winds and snow from your neck and chin. There is a hidden inside pocket and 2 large outside zipper pockets. The waistline is adjustable to give that cinched look everyone is looking for, I love it even more because it is hidden inside the coat. At the wrist there are stretchy cuffs that wrap around to keep the cold out. It also has a double zipper. This is the warmest coat I have ever wore, without being uncomfortable and sweat. During the snowstorm I wore it out to shovel my driveway, I was able to move without feeling restricted and I was definitely protected from the high winds and cold in this bad boy. I was a little nervous with it being so long that it wouldn't fit my lower half because I am very curvy, so I did go up one size, I didn't want to have any issues with sitting down.
