I bought this battery to expand the house battery bank and because it was so inexpensive, I had to see how well it was built. At this price I cannot even touch raw cells at this price. So, I was very curious to see what corners were cut to bring down the cost. I tested the battery with a .2c discharge for 5 hours and to my delight it came in at 103.4 ah Not a big surprise as the cells are 102 ah cells. Short circuit protection, over current and overcharge protection all work as they should. The BMS is good quality and works as it should. The terminal connections are 2, 8 awg silicone wires and are adequate for a sustained 100-amp draw. The cells are brand new Gotion manufactured this year. The cells are matched and balance well at the top of the charge. The build quality is very good all laser welds on the busbars. The screw connections at the bms and balance leads all covered in silicone to prevent them from shorting or backing out. The battery case is well sealed in fact it was a nightmare to get it open which is a good thing. At this price point you can not build a battery for less. At roughly 60 dollars a cell the is the best built battery I have seen at this price point. I tear down a lot of batteries as it is a hobby of mine and this is one of the best built, I have seen for this price. The price of Lifepo4 batteries has really come down in comparison to usable amp hours they are now less expensive than lead acid batteries. The quality is really starting to come up on them as well. This battery is proof of this. Its well-built, safe with a quality bms and new quality cells. I am happy to say no corners were cut with this battery. I would recommend this battery to anyone in the market for a good lifepo4 battery.

These are true 100ah batteries and definitely deliver that 100a discharge if needed. I have four hooked up for 24v and have zero issues. We live off grid and rely solely on solar and batteries. Not sure if there's low temp protection but I highly doubt there is at this price point. Not exactly square so stacking may be a little off. For the price this is the best basic battery you can get but don't expect anything special Good for a small setups and ppl who don't live in extreme weather. I'll probably upgrade to a different brand since I do live in a cold climate.

Quit working at day 62. It shows a negative 21 volts with the multimeter. Will not take a charge with the digital charger that I bought for these batteries since it's a 36 volt charger and they have to be charged together. I'm stuck two good ones so I guess I have to buy one more and hope for the best. I recommend you stay with your lead acid 6V battery if you have a golf cart.

11/20 - I am updating this from 3 to 4 stars. It's been a few months, and I got another one, for a total of 100AH. Haven't had any problems. They charge well, hold charge correctly. I changed my motor to a 40lb thrust, and I am using a speed controller. An entire day of fishing on Lake Blue Ridge in GA, and I come back with 60% of the battery. At this point I could use only one of the two, but I like to have extra power for emergencies. Original review July 2023: I have been using this battery for 3 weeks on a trolling motor MinnKota 30 lb trust, on an Intex Mariner 4. 180lb me, add some 50lb of gear, 100 lb the boat, and I can go about 8 mi in a day with calm waters. Pros: - light - holds charge as it should - takes little space Cons: - even if it is light, it could definitely use a handle. I had to make one out of PVC. - the screws are frustratingly short. They weren't long enough for my regular connectors. I had to go to home depot, buy screws, cut them, and make my own battery post. Pictured are my updated posts. Basically a screw with the head cut off, a nut that locks it, and then washers and a wing nut - as other reviewers mentioned, shipping is quite late. I had an exchange with customer service where they said they tried to rush it, but that didn't change anything. Overall, a functioning battery that could use improvement given the steep price

Works as advertised, have this battery connected to a MPP Solar LV2424-MSD. Does exactly what its supposed to do. BMS low voltage shut down protects the battery as I intentionally ran it down to cut-off, pro tip: to re/jump start the BMS I connect 3 9v batteries in series then just touch the terminals for a quick second and the BMS should wake back up.

So I own 14 different lithium 12v and 36v for my boats, rv, golf cart, truck. Some can start your boat or car and others are more for the capacity like this one. Some cost 5x more then this battery too. It showed up, I didn’t charge it and hooked up a 1500w invert to it and a space heater. It was pulling over 1200w and held 12v for the 20min I tested it and then stopped because I was happy. Case was hot and it held a constant voltage. Thats over the 100amp draw it’s rated for. Would recommend for rv house batteries, golf carts, marine, basically everything but as a starting battery. Other brands have 1800cca and 1300cca 12v 100ah lithiums but for a 100amp draw 100ah 12v lithiums I think this fits the bill but for the price I doubt there is much warranty. Top name companies that charge 3x more definitely warranty these. But I’m willing to buy again
