Description

Mavic 4 Pro’s aerodynamic design, efficient propulsion system, and 95Wh battery deliver flight times of up to 51 minutes, top speeds of up to 90 kph, and a range of 41 km (25.4 miles). Whether you're scouting locations, practicing maneuvers, capturing time-lapse shots, or taking panoramic photos with a telephoto lens, the ample flight time allows you to operate with ease and confidence. Mavic 4 Pro features the DJI O4+ transmission system, which leverages next-generation proprietary algorithms to unlock the full potential of its hardware. It enables ultra-long-range 10-bit HDR video transmission up to 30 km (18.6 miles) and reduces the likelihood of disconnection in highly interfered environments, such as urban areas. In addition, the O4+ video transmission system is optimized for multi-drone flights, ensuring robust resistance to interference. Break creative boundaries with the revolutionary Infinity Gimbal. The innovative gimbal structure allows for full 360° rotation for unprecedented angles. Capture dramatic Dutch angles straight from the camera or reimagine aerial storytelling with fluid, gravity-defying movements. Frame mountains and architectural marvels through bold, dynamic perspectives, unlocking endless possibilities for creative compositions. ActiveTrack 360° excels even in low-light scenarios like in twilight or under city lights, delivering cinematic tracking with enhanced stability. Once tracking begins, Mavic 4 Pro can keep the subject in focus even if the lower half of their body is partially obscured by bushes or if they are standing on a bridge. It also detects vehicles up to 200 meters with directional awareness, delivering professional-grade automotive cinematography. Mavic 4 Pro is equipped with six high-performance, low-light fisheye sensors and dual processors for high-resolution environmental awareness. It achieves omnidirectional obstacle avoidance at speeds up to 18 m/s even in lighting conditions as low as 0.1 lux, such as environments illuminated only by streetlights. Whether navigating through canyons or urban landscapes with poor satellite signals, this high-performance visual system ensures precise drone positioning. Simply extend the arms to power on your Mavic 4 Pro. With advanced flight path memory, it automatically updates the home point even without GPS. The DJI RC Pro 2 remote controller also powers on when extended, allowing you to start creating without delay. With the DJI Mavic 240W Power Adapter, the Mavic 4 Pro Parallel Charging Hub fully charges one battery in 51 minutes and can charge three batteries at the same time via the Mini SDC port. The Parallel Charging Hub boosts efficiency by prioritizing the battery with the lowest charge. Once all three batteries reach the same charge level, it switches to parallel charging, fully charging all three batteries in just 90 minutes. DJI Mavic 4 Pro standard version comes with 64GB onboard storage, so you can start capturing right away without an external memory card. Mavic 4 Pro 512GB in the Creator Combo features 512GB high-speed onboard storage, supporting high-spec ALL-I 4:2:2 encoded video recording and time-lapse photography with intervals as short as 1 second, ensuring you're always ready to capture your next masterpiece. With QuickTransfer, there's no need to take the drone and controller out of your bag to transfer footage. Simply wake Mavic 4 Pro remotely via the DJI Fly app, and transfer files at speeds up to 80MB/s over Wi-Fi 6. Even when switching apps, the DJI Fly app continues downloading smoothly in the background. To easily transfer footage to a computer, simply connect the drone to a computer via a compatible USB cable without needing to power on the drone.

  • Fab drone, nice images, great as a drone hard drive, BUT a monster size!!
Finally opted to recycle my Mavic3pro and upgrade to the Mavic4pro. Donated my second-hand Mavic 3 Pro to an area search & rescue organization, to continue its journey in western NY. This drone arrived three days earlier than forecast, coming from southern Florida!!! Almost ALL of the drones I've had: mini2se, mini4 and 5pro, and many more, have always arrived days earlier, and I ain't complaining!! As I was with the m3pro, initially scared to death flying this newest drone for the first time it was the biggest drone yet though have had over a full year flying various small/medium-sized drones, but discovered after charging the batteries [three included but I put one in standby, just using two], that tho higher in wattage, these batteries actually charged seemingly faster than the similar-looking batteries for my older drone! Am already looking for a two-battery hub with charging status display so I can see how the batteries are charging, heat, temp, etc. Eventually, I overcame my fear, flying it after updating my FAA registration, while waiting impatiently through several firmware updates, calibrations, etc. Its initial flight was in close to gusting 24+mph winds [see Tree pix] but I decided its heavier weight would allow it to handle well and it did indeed! I intentionally used a crack with a single blade of grass on the ground as a launch point, and after its short first flight, I put it in RTH to see how accurate its gps was in landing, and it landed perfectly in its launch spot to within an half-inch! I was impressed. The drone it replaced, with many attempts and tests with the RTH during its time with me, could never land within two inches of its launch spot.... Later I put it in 100mp mode and tried some still photos, and thought the quality of the older drone was actually sharper. I'll be using it more for images as the days pass. I did a video also and the video was excellent in quality, and actually thought the video sharpness was better than the still images. Am still learning this heaviest drone and will fly it again tomorrow. Charging the batteries was NO problem at all, and actually charged in less time than my older drone batteries. As time with this newer drone increases, am sure things will improve as I get more used to this monster of a drone!! Will update as necessary. Transferring image files is still easier just using a card, tho the open/close option of the arms to "turn drone ON/OFF" is very cool. I enabled that option, and by time I have 3 arms opened or closed, it's just about ready to turn off/on by itself! WoW!! Being a still photographer for most of my Life, the image quality needs to improve before I can keep this drone..... only time will tell. The first pix of the Trees is the force of the winds 26+mph when I flew its 1st test, and this snap via the drone shows the two tree tops with one bent over by the force of the wind. Normally, these two Trees are straight up and down. This drone's first short flight was during these high winds! Still playing around with the manual controls to perhaps video the fireworks at the Falls too, tho that will be after I learn a bit more on using/flying this monster of a drone!! 11June update: As anyone can find out by reading the description, I personally do NOT trust what I read often, and need to verify, which is what I did: with a card IN the Mavic 4 Pro OR just with its hard drive, and even without a battery, I've now verified it WILL display instantly on your computer just like a regular hard drive using a usb-c cable connected to my desktop PC as advertised! Amazing!! It's been that way for most drones I've had BUT a bit more difficult/slower. NOT in this case! NO battery in the drone, and appears instantly on my PC screen!! Now won't have to worry about no card inside! In my drone, I have labeled my drone as Mavic4pro, so it appears as soon as I plug/connect via usb-c!! Amazing!! update 13June - There seems to be a change in inserting a card. On my older drones, the card is inserted all the way and not "visible". With this M4pro, the card is inserted, and a bit of the card is left hanging out. On previous occasions and earlier today, I inserted a card and I thought it was in all the way. Apparently it was NOT inserted, and as I was powering it up to fly to snap a sunset, it displayed the "no card" message. Luckily it saved to the internal hard drive. Later at home, I could see it was just a wee bit NOT in, so must remember to ensure the card is all the way inserted. Plus in previous drones, I could pull the card out; with this, you must push in to eject the card. No pulling allowed. ... show more

Flight & Stability: GREAT Camera: FANTASTIC Supporting Software: TERRIBLE, locked down, no api, only fast transfer to phone app with their proprietary crap. Even the USB connection is 30MB/s which takes 5 HOURS to transfer all the storage. Great photography drone, but a huge headache to use otherwise. ... show more
