Samsung S22Ultra I got this phone in Jan 2024. I think it's a great phone. I bought it as a refurbished, unlocked phone for a significantly reduced price. I had a problem with the wireless network dropping calls and a weak signal. I had called the Xfinity network support and they attempted a fix but it was not helpful. I found out that I could select a different network carrier since my phone is unlocked. I did that and the problem was solved. I could not find this "fix suggestion" in Samsung forums. I stumbled across this resolution somewhat accidentally. I also called Samsung Tech Support. They verified by IMEI numbers that the phone is indeed unlocked. It has to be unlocked to accomplish what I was able to do. It is also a great camera. My photo's are great and it's a great video camera for shooting 4K. I still own a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 I've had for years. It still works like new. I really like Samsung products. I've used boomboxes, laptops, phones, watches, etc. They have all been top quality and last a long time. ... show more

i got the "excellent" refurbished s22 ultra. i can see where maybe the previous owner may hav dropped it on the corner, and maybe cracked the screen, idk tho, everythings been fixed, but its barely noticeable, especially with a case on it. phone looks brand new. speed is waay faster and display is brighter than my note9. slightly bigger, a little heavier. less slippery. i tested out the 4 cameras, ultra-wide, 1x, 3x and 10x looks good. no cracks or scratches. the S-pen is legit. has Bluetooth. button works. always check the S-pen. phone upgrades to android 14 which has some AI features, which is interesting, but i probably wont use em. and it does have 5G Ultra Capacity for Tmobile. my Note20 had "5G" also but it was the Ultra wide band, that was slow and useless. So my old phone finally bit the dust(note 10 plus) I really wasn't interested in buying a new phone due to the high price of them. I was scared of buying a refurbished phone because some of the reviews but the phone I purchased is Amazing! I bought the unlocked tmobile phone and it is in EXCELLENT condition, 1 minor ding in the upper right corner that is truly unnoticeable. The battery doesn't drain fast. It is basically brand new! For $400 I think it's a great replacement phone! I like the seller placed a screen protector over the screen. I'm very happy with my purchase so far(1 week)....but if anything changes I will update. I hope this helps someone cause reading honest reviews helps me make my decisions especially with costly purchases. ... show more

I baught 3 different s22 ultras from different sellers, one was used, one was "new", and one was refurbished. The used one wouldn't connect, the new one, was not new(had after-market screen..),and this one.. well this one was juust right! I was not expecting much with this one, since it was one of the cheaper of the 3 purchases... but when I recived it, the first thing I noticed.. was it had the original protective film still on the top and bottom of the phone!! Turning the phone on, everything looks original, battery seems to last a fine time, had no issues connecting to services or updating. Maybe I got lucky, but there isn't a scratch on the phone itself, and the insides of the phone seems stable so far(5days of use) Very good purchase, I was over joyed to not have to send this one back to! ... show more

Let me say that I did a major comparison between this S22 Ultra and the comparable Apple iphone 14 proMax which were released in the same year of 2022. The Samsung colors in the photo camera are more vibrant, richer saturation, higher screen resolution, one click to shut off all background apps. This is my second purchase from an Amazon Renewed company. Very satisfied, so far. Phone arrived on time. Is in perfect condition, arrived in the original box with original cables and manuals. The phone is exactly as described, unlocked, correct color. Looks brand new. Works perfectly. I admit I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but they have a 3 month return policy, so that eliminated some of the worry if there was a problem.
