When I first put the mirrors on they were perfectly fine after about a week I don’t know what happened but now I literally cannot see out of the mirrors no matter how I adjust them I can’t move them or manipulate them to see when I’m sitting on my bike. I’ve taken them off put them back on nothing is actually working and I don’t know what happened so I pretty much have useless mirrors that only allow me to see the ground and I don’t need to see the ground I need to see what’s behind me. Also these might not be the best for ebikes if you’re going at high speeds because the mirrors vibrate Making it hard to see clearly. Update The company reached out to me and offered me a refund so had to give them two extra stars because at least the customer service is great even if the product might not be. ... show more

The tool provided is so soft that it won’t properly tighten down the clamp. Now it is swinging loosely on my handlebars, unable to tighten down and I cannot remove it without going to the store and buying a replacement tool. There was not a rubber slip provided. Metal on metal will never be solid, it will always spin. Therefore, nobody will ever be able to tighten it down enough to stay solid. So buying this, I’ve wasted the money for this item and I’ve wasted money to buy a tool to remove this item. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. ... show more
