I bought this for my daughter to wear while wet caving and it worked great. The outside air temperature was 37 when we entered the cave. The water temperature was in the 50s. The wetsuit kept her warm and mostly dry. It did not restrict her movement in any way and fit well enough that we had no problem getting her caving clothes on over the wetsuit. For just under $40 this suit is a bargain. Highly recommended.

Excellent product. Bought the XL for my small 8.5yr old who is about 50lbs 50 inches. Fits her great. She shares it with her 6 year old brother who is about 48 inches and 45lbs. It’s loose on him and I cuff the sleeves and legs by about 2 inches, but it still works great for him too and he has room to grow. Material is soft and good quality. Color is exactly like photo.

I bought this to replace the other wet suit that smelled like a skunk. It is very decent, has a list plastic odor but nothing too offensive and I am sure it will wash off. I only gave it 4 stars because the medium size was slightly tight. I have a small bodied and skinny 6 year old boy. He can still wear his 4 -5 short size. It fits his body but short in the sleeves and legs. He finds it comfortable. I may return for a large size if I have time before our trip. I would suggest a medium fits a realistic 4-5 year old.

My daughter is 46 inches, 40 lbs and we bought her a large. It fits great with a little bit to grow. We bought this because she would get so cold after hopping out the pool from indoor swimming lessons and so far it has done its job keeping her from feeling like she is freezing. She says it is comfortable, easy to swim in and does not interfere with her strokes. It smells like chemicals when you first receive it and the smell hasn’t really gone away but not as strong. Overall my daughter and I are happy with this purchase.

Size down but absolutely perfect!!! My daughter loves the Gulf of Mexico (we live on it) and the pool. I used to hate how cold she’d get and we’d make her take a break, but this suit solves the shivering problem. She is 5 years old and normally wears a 6x. I sized down and it fit with just enough room.

Bought an XXL for my 9 yrs old granddaughter (4ft9in tall 110 lbs) and it’s way too small. It’s more a size 8 instead of a 14 what I expected. Very nice quality. Just unfortunately too small. So keep it for my 7 yrs old skinny grandson.
