How to mount by wall type? • Concrete/hard walls: Use Ø10mm metal expansion bolts (pre-drill required). • Wood walls: Use Ø10mm wood screws (no anchors needed). • Soft walls: Use Ø10mm screws + Ø13.5mm plastic anchors (pre-drill required). Can it handle heavy snow? Each panel has a 30 lbs load capacity and is designed for light to moderate snow and rain. In heavy wet snow, remove snow buildup promptly to avoid damage. For stability, users may also tighten screws if needed. How do I deal with water accumulation inside the panel? You can resolve it by following these steps: • Remove edge screws and take out panel. • Drain water and dry with blower or hair dryer. • Reinstall and tighten screws. • Apply silicone sealant on edges to prevent leaks.
