I do not usually take the time to write a review but I just have to say something in the hope that it prevents others from experiences what I have. This bed is horrible. Completely fell apart. In fact, it fell apart while i was sleeping on it and my dog was sleeping under it. Both of us got hurt. I called amazon a couple of weeks after receiving the bed and told them that it was falling apart and that I wanted to exchange it. They said that someone from the manufacturer would get back to me. Nobody did. I called again, was told once again they couldn't do anything and the manufacturer would have to get in touch with me. Again, no one called. Finally I called furious and demanding that something be done, they then told me yes absolutely we will take it back and send you a new one. Only a few days later I received an email from Amazon stating that I was outside the time limit for returns. Un friggen believeable. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS BED. Not only because it's a complete piece of garbage, or because if you don't like it that they will give you the run around, or because they won't stand by the products they sell, but because you can actually get seriously hurt and injured just laying on it. ... show more

This bed frame fits my King mattress just fine. The look and feel of this frame is very sharp, and surprisingly sturdy despite how light it is. The frame itself is made of metal and everything was built or attached to that - in the photos you really can't tell. I love how they stored everything for shipping. Everything inside was in perfect shape and nicely secured inside the headboard. Since everything is stored in the headboard, take note, the package is the same size but it weights A LOT and was very cumbersome to move around. The package must have had quite the trip with some lazy postmen. There were drag marks on the tips of the box, which unfortunately, wore all the way through to the headboard edge. The only protection form the headboard to outside elements is a plastic bag and the cardboard it came in. I was really shocked and disappointed that there was no additional packing to protect the edges. I attached photos to show where. I think it should be an easy fix but I can imagine it could have been a lot worse. One other thing, the accessory box was a bit unorganized. every nut, bolt, tool, and washer seemed to be just literally dumped in the box loose. No package to distinguish what is what for the directions. I had to use a bit of ingenuity to figure out what bolt and washer went to what piece. Also, the directions seem to be a copy of a copy of a copy and was sometimes hard to read the fine print in areas. The slats were a great idea keeping them attached to the Velcro, it made applying them evenly a heck of a lot easier. Also, I know they wont move around. All in all - I thought this was a great buy! I guess they saved money in the packing and shipping department and put it into the design of the product. ... show more

Do not buy this bed, it’s horribly manufactured. Like everyone before has mentioned, the legs on the headboard break after minimal use. Upon attaching them to the headboard, they became detached and loose. Putting the bed together was a nightmare because the holes didn’t match up with the screws. I would return it, but I live in NYC and can’t carry a giant bed box to the post office. This is the worst purchase I’ve made on amazon and this company should not be allowed to sell this bed anymore. It’s a hazard, every night I’m afraid one small movement is going to make the whole thing crash and fall down. My husband won’t sleep on it anymore because he’s afraid of breaking it in the middle of the night. I’m saving my $$$ for a new bed frame.
