The spin wheels are not difficult to turn. And the lock opens and closes easily. I also like that you don't need a key to set the combination, which is needed for many locks. You can easily reprogram the combination of this lock. I guess you can change the combination whenever you need to. Unlike Yale or Master locks as long as you align the combination numbers the lock opens. ( don’t have to turn dial two times, line up first digit, move second digit past indicator. etc. ) it is a heavy weight lock and works smoothly this first 2 weeks. At first glance, this lock was perfect for securing the new storage cabinet we’d bought for Airbnb supplies just outside the small home where we host. We used the cabinet for all of our surplus cleaning supplies, snacks/waters, and toilet paper. For some reason I’ll never know, the lock suddenly stopped opening to the one and only combination we used (the same combo we’ve used for 15 years: our anniversary).
