I will say these arrived today and I was excited. Problem one, no hardware, very disappointing. So, I figured what I had and what I needed to get the job done, and did it. Problem two, the holder hooks are not wide enough for easy load and unload of Trek mountain bikes. You can make it work with a tilt of the bike and slide it in.
