This table is very high quality for the price. I am very pleased with the look of it. It is so quiet when you mechanically move the parts. It was also super helpful that it came assembled. All I had to do was attach the arm rests and head piece which were both very easy. I’m not good with putting things together so I was so thankful for this convenience! The only downside is that I may need to place a rolled up towel in the crease in the lower back area when the table is completely flat because that area is not supported. But that’s my only gripe, and I don’t know how that could have even been avoided when making it bc it needs to crease to fold into the chair functionality. The head pillow adds extra comfort while sitting in an upright or leaned back position. It is also easy to sanitize while following the CDC guidelines during this pandemic. I am opening my new business this week and I’m so excited for my clients to experience this chair! The customer service with this company was hands down some of the best I have received. The rep was courteous and kind and very helpful. I would recommend buying from this seller for any of your salon/spa needs.

I’m a licensed esthetician and am SO EXCITED about this bed!!! I took a picture of it in a reclined chair position to show how versatile this unit is. I can use this for literally everything: facials, body treatments, waxing, makeup applications, eyelash & eyebrow tinting, massages. The bed is BEAUTIFUL, looks very professional, super comfortable, very sturdy & stable, the movement when changing the position of the bed is very quiet & smooth, the quality is five stars. It was very easy to setup, took five minutes. I also want to say that the reps from Direct Salon Furniture were outstanding. They called once to confirm the purchase and to let me know how the shipping was going to work and everything happened as they said and shipping was fast and perfect. Bottom line is it’s a solid buy and exceptional product at a great price. I love my bed!

Slim design - love the base is smaller than most, which is helpful when treating clients at the Med Spa. Removable and easily adjustable arm rests are also a plus. I prefer this chair over the more expensive ones I've invested in - sleek look, comfortable design, all around great product!

This Esthetician bed is so comfortable and I love that I can extend the leg for an extra length. I was so easy to assemble I honestly thought I must have not done something correct…. Service was impeccable, They called me once the order was shipped to schedule I a time for them to deliver… I have a crazy schedule and had to change the timing several times, it ended snowing that day, where I expected it wouldn’t be delivered… they were troopers and were only a few hours delayed, they called me to let me know they were on there way, but delayed due to snow… I was surprised they did. Great product, Amazing price.

We have been looking for an aesthetic chair for procedures in our office that is functional, pleasing to look at and easy to use. Our chair arrived ahead of promised time, well packaged, and easy to move. The chair looks great and patients are comfortable. If you are contemplating a foot pedal - get the foot pedal. First week impressions... Really great. DIR is great, chair is great. DIR delivered the chair themselves (150 miles away.) They called days ahead of time to schedule delivery and kept in touch with us till chair was delivered. 250 lb box was brought inside the salon, set out of the way. I "set up" the chair in 15 minutes. Removed the box first then I scooched it into place on a blanket. Popped in the arms, plugged the chair into the wall and that was it. Top notch chair. So far the clients love it. If for some unforeseen reason I have to update this review with a problem, I will.

Purchased this chair for my injection suite and it’s top notch! Great quality, I’ve had it almost a year now and it’s still in pristine condition. Very easy to clean and doesn’t stain from shoes/clothing. I love how adjustable it is. Patients tell me it’s very comfortable.
