Overall this a good product for at home dip manicures. The kit does FAIL to mention that it does not include the BOND, which is needed to begin the dip manicure process. You have to by the bond separately as it IS NOT included in the starter kit. It does not last as long as salon dip manicure and starts to crack and chip around the second week. It is convenient and quick for DIY dip manicures. The colors are nice and do get darker with each coat. Not bad for the price considering you pay $40 for a manicure in the salon at a minimum. The kit has plenty of product, just does not include the bond.

This stuff is horrible. I realize that putting it on for the first time would be a bit sketchy, but that wasn't the issue. My issue was, the activator burned my eyes and nose, and frankly, it smelled and acted like Super Glue!! I finally had to stop using it because it burned so bad. But the absolute worst part was taking it off. I tried and tried acetone, but it wasn't budging, even after soaking my nails for more than 15 minutes. I had to use my electric nail file to grind it off and that wasn't easy! My natural nails are always in good shape and are very strong. I ended up having to take so much of my natural nail off that I ended up with paper thin, weak nails that I just ended up cutting down to nothing. Now, I'll have to wait for several months to get back to my original healthy nails. I would absolutely NOT recommend this for anyone!! I can't imagine what I was using on my nails, and I'll never use anything like it again! 🤬🤬 Unfortunately, you have to at least give a star, but I would give this crap negative stars if I could!

Certain colors are extremely grainy and after trying the pour over and dip method, it turns out the dip method is slightly better for the non-metallic or glittery powder and the pour over method is best for the glittery powder. My biggest mistake was using the top coat that it comes with. The bottles of activator and top coat are cheap and I recommend buying a better brand of top coat. My topcoat fogged up on one hand and completely ruined the manicure. I've never had this trouble before with top coats so this was kind of a surprise.
