Very nice material. They fluff up very nicely. Looks and feels great. Fast delivery. Directions say allow 48 hours to fully fluff but mine were perfect after 24. Good quality. I was a little shocked at how small the package was. I couldn’t believe 2 pillows were inside but after you open it, they expand to very nice full size pillows. Pillow reviews are an individual thing depending upon one's preferences. In the case of these pillows, I have found them to be very comfortable. They offer good support but are not firm, and they recover immediately as soon as one's head is lifted off of them. They do not need to be fluffed up as they return close to their original shape. My only negative is that they tend to round up rather than spread out and be more flat or level. That is easily cured by simply patting the pillow top down a few times, after which it flattens out a bit. ... show more

Frustrating!! The set I received states that they are queen size, they are not!! At least not a true queen. All my queen size pillow cases are huge on these pillows, they slide half way out during the night, so frustrating, plus no matter how much I fluff them, they still do not fill the pillow case. One positive comment though, they are comfortable, it has helped my neck and shoulder. Guess I will either try a twin size pillow case, or sleep without one. ... show more

If you are used to higher end “hotel” pillows, these are not it. I didn’t have high hopes for these pillows until I read the raving reviews, but they miss the mark big time. I wouldn’t even use them in the guest room and they are starting to hurt my neck. Support? Comfort? — Where?
