This product is garbage. I purchased this for my son's birthday in July, within the first 3 weeks one of the joysticks got stuck and will not release. So I returned it and bought another one.. This was in August. Now my new one is doing the same thing and it's too late to be replaced.. Every time he turns his Xbox on he has to take out the dongle and reconnect the controller manually. It will not auto connect. As for "never getting stick drift", also a lie. It has the same stick drift that any other controller gets. The pictures show the joystick literally being stuck. Do not waste your money on this product, the support is bad and the product is bad.

It’s a cool controller problems I have with it. It’s scratching when you’re moving around like it’s getting very dry and also there’s some lag when I’m playing games. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice controller and also it does not plug into my Xbox series X so I could use it with wired.

Nope. Advertised a hall effect Joystick but its just hall triggers. On the second day of using, Joystick doesn't drift, but hard turns right. Never dropped. 4 hrs of gaming. It feels nice and looks impressive. Connects with no issues. Its as responsive as a wireless can get but poor quality. Plus the company takes forever to refund your money. Maybe mine was defected, but that speaks on the quality. Save your time and money. Theres much better, cheaper
