I bought this product to get Cruciferous vegetables in my diet. My gynecologist recommended DIM to help. He did not recommend this product. The product came intact with no damage. I can’t give an opinion on its effectiveness because I don’t know. Not sure how you can tell anyway.

My husband has been taking this while he has to be on testosterone. It helps him have lower levels of estrogen so the testosterone can function as it needs to. He has been using this brand now for a few years and it works well. He is pleased with the this keeping his levels low and his testosterone working as it should.

Edit: micro ingredients contacted me and issued a full refund. I will definitely continue buying other products from them in the future, as everything else I've tried from them is great. I normally really love this brand and this product WAS amazing for a long time - effective and a great value, but my most recent package is not the same. I have had a return of all my symptoms and noticed that my urine is no longer orange. (That is usually an indication that it's working.) I will be buying a different brand dim from now on.

I have not tried any other brand for this supplement. I have been on it for apex 30 days. It has tremendously reduced the amount of facial hair! (caused by PCOS) Also, it seems to be regulating my cycle! I’ve been going 100+ days between cycles. Within 2 weeks of starting this product I ovulated! Does make my urine red/orange color. I will keep purchasing this product!

I am taking this to reduce the binding protein for testosterone to increase the circulating free testosterone. It is too early to see how this affects my lab values. I should mention this will turn your urine orange since part of the molecule is a chemical dye that is safe for human consumption.

I’ve been taking the orange now brand of dim 200 until I saw a dim 300. The 200 is green like it’s directly from plants while this is white. Im canceling my subscription because my symptoms came back when I switched to this version. I’ll be going back to the now brand.
