I am a college student. When I first started college, I purchased a super cheap computer. It did the job for about a year, but then it started to break, and I ended up with a cracked screen in no time. This Dell Latitude is fantastic, and I can already tell after 4 months that it will way outlast my other computer. My favorite thing is the durability. The casing is made from very hardy plastic and metal parts. I am not worried about breaking it. The touch screen works flawlessly. There is no lag or lack of response to the touch. The computer itself is very fast. It delivers on its speed promises. I played video games with my cousin while simultaneously doing a deep recovery scan on an SD card that had been wiped. So no complaints there! The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't is a biometric scanner. But that is a small detail to miss in my book. It does have facial recognition and a PIN for easy login and Windows Hello. I bought this one used in reportedly "excellent" condition. It came just as promised. There were some cosmetic scratches on the outside edges, but nothing that still prevents it from looking nice and functioning normally. Laptop physically was great one complaint battery is dead does not last more than two hours and that's on a good day I unplugged the laptop from the charger drove 30 minutes from my house to Walmart to do some shopping with my grocery list on the laptop get to Walmart 45 minutes later open up the laptop log in low battery alert and then it shuts off shipping was also great packaging was great if the seller reads this I'm OK with like a $60.00 discount due to the battery or if you can send a replacement battery that also be appreciated Was contacted, and given a partial refund about the problem.About a week later, the laptop just outright died.During communications negotiated, a full replacement on sent the old one back.Fully happy with the one I received.Just giving an updated review.Great communication from the seller and will definitely do business with them again in the future ... show more

Bought one was very clean (could’ve almost passed for new) unpacked, and ran all the updates for Windows 11Pro, and it died. Would not come back on, so I returned it to Amazon (always great on their returns, but not so great on technical support). The Latitude 5320 2-in-1 computer was purchases which was listed as refurbished. Upon start up and initializing, the cooling fan began to make a growling noise. Much like the sound of a bearing going bad. Looking through the back of the computer, through cooling slats, the fan was visible and dirty. Refurbished, no way. This computer was a trade-in. A simple QC would not have allowed this to be marketed before corrected. ... show more
