Do as advertised. Bought the lowest magnification possible since I am wearing progressive contact lenses. I could have done with no magnification at all. I wish they had offered it, hence the 4 stars for me otherwise it is a straight 5 stars. I had bought another brand which i had to return because of distortion but this is not the case with these. My eyesight isn't bad. I've never needed glasses until I reached my fifties, and at first it was only prescription glasses to make it easier to read my computer screen but then it started getting more difficult to read small print. I started buying +1.5 glasses from the local drug store for my non-computer reading, but I saw the Foster Grant three-packs of glasses at Costco, and that made it cheap to keep a pair of reading glasses in multiple locations: my car glove box, my bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen so I could read recipe cards, and my computer bag. Those Foster Grants, though, would break too easily, e.g., a lens would pop out or the plastic frame would break. Decided to search Amazon for a comparable replacement and these are even better than the Foster Grants. Much cheaper than the ones at the drug store, and very lightweight & durable. The fit is perfect for me, and the hinges have springs so the arms will spread when putting them on. The soft cases (one for each pair) is a plus, too. Highly recommend. ... show more

The glasses were great. Nice quality that was comparable to CVS, Wal-Mart, etc. They fit well and weren't heavy. The blue blocking was nice to have also. My wife loved how they looked on me. Having 4 pair, I could have one at my "spot" on the couch, one in my coat, one in my car, and one pair at work. I did return them as my eye doctor recommended +2.00 strength to use. They were too strong and I was getting bad headaches. I have ordered +1.75 glasses and will try those instead. Amazon's easy return policy is fantastic. Overall, I really like them. ... show more

These are NOT for computer use in that the focus point is that of a typical reading glass, not further out for looking at a computer. Frustrating when businesses advertise their products incorrectly ... feels like a bait and switch from this seller. They are good enough for regular reading glasses, however, I suggest you do not expect these to give you a focus length needed for computer use. I will throw these away, the seller should get their act together on the false marketing ... very frustrating on something so simple. ... show more
