Purchased washer/dryer super combo in May of 2024. Sometime in September, it quit working. I mean, there was no indication of power anywhere. It was like I unplugged it. I don't know if this unit has a fuse or not. Nowhere in the order does it show a point of contact number, either. I have given up. I wasted a thousand bucks or so on this item, and NOW I'll have to pay a disposal fee to get rid of it. I don't know if these units are irregulars, factory seconds, or what. I mean Home Depot and Lowe's sells them, so they must have some kind of quality control on them. ... show more

After that the clothes came out feeling grainy and grimy. The clothes came out smelling way worse then when we washed them. We called customer service numerous times to get it fixed but got no where. This arrived in the undamaged box after installation the dryer began to blink Malfunction and continued the dryer never worked. Attempted to get a refund and the pick up people never came.Iwas told this high end item couldn’t be refunded until it was picked up ,the pick up company said no on ever reserved a pick up.
