We bought this because our laundry room is not big enough for a normal washer and dryer. It arrived upside down in a box inside another box. It worked great for one use. After that the clothes came out feeling grainy and grimy. The clothes came out smelling way worse then when we washed them. We called customer service numerous times to get it fixed but got no where. The loudest shakiest washer I have ever owned. Literally put a hole in my wall. Had it on one side of the room, when I heard the ruckus I went downstairs to the basement and found it a few feet away jamming into the wall. After it washed I had no choice but to try to dry it.
