The frame is fantastic, easy to set up and easy to use. The picture quality is great. I did have a problem with my first one, it shut down and I could not get it back running, but I had a great experience with Ashley in customer service. Even though I was just one month over the 1 year warranty date they replaced my frame and I was able to upload many of the picture from the history on the apps. How ever pictures from others would have to be added by them. I should have back them up on a separate source, my fault, I will do this next time. ... show more

This is a very good digital photo frame and helped remember so many fond memories - both while setting it up and then looking at the slideshows :) Please note you get 6 GB of usable space for photos and videos. The good: + The display is crisp and photos look bright and clear. + The slideshow is smooth and employs a variety of transitions. Pretty good! + The charger doubles as a stand so it takes less space and is robust. + Loading photos through the SD card is the best way. I love it that all the photos in the card can be downloaded with one click. + Built in battery does keep the frame working for just under 30 minutes. I found this helpful when we had to pickup and talk about some of the photos near us and didn't need to carry the charger around. Areas of Improvement: - The app to transfer photos is limited in count and length of videos so there is a lot of improvement possible. It is only practical for the quick transfer of a few photos. - The SD card should be usable as additional storage. I would also like to commend amazon's replacement processing. So far I've been pleased with the smart frame. Super easy to set up and good picture quality. It also plays videos which is pretty cool that I've never seen before in a digital picture frame. I really like how you can share a secret code with friends and family and they can remotely add pictures to the frame. I'm going to give this frame to my parents so they can continually see new pictures of our baby. Just add the picture from your phone to the app and they automatically appear on the frame. The frame is very nice and I like the size. It is not too big to the point that takes a lot of space in my office desk. I put mostly pictures of my cat and I received a lot of compliments from my coworkers. Everytime they walk past my desk they love the frame and they think it is a great idea to have one on their own desk. Most of my coworkers have regular frames but getting a digital frame will definitely make the place more neat and spacious. The first frame I ordered had some technical issues. It worked fine at first but after a few weeks it had the issue where the screen will freeze in the introduction and not move. I contacted customer service via Amazon. They are very proffesional and answered me in a timely manner. I got the replacement frame really quickly and it worked fantastic.
