The color quality of this 13.5 inch digital picture frame is far superior to any other frame I've seen. Your pictures will jump out at you. I got this frame mainly because it has the capability to display photos stored on a 32 GB micro SD card, but you can also store them in the cloud or on any stand-alone drive with a usb port. After two months, the screen brightness began fading and now it has faded completely. So i must amend my first review to one star. I've owned several frames from other manufacturers and have never had any problems. ... show more

    • Nice but annoying
This is a very nice frame, with a good, clear picture, the ability to load photos on an external drive & the display is a pleasure to watch, EXCEPT that it randomly alters the orientation of photos by 90% to the left or right for no apparent reason. This can be corrected by touching the screen several times, but it is annoying to have to keep doing that & there is no guarantee that the photo's orientation will be correct the next time it appears. Another concern is that there is only one hole to use for wall mounting, so the frame is not stable on the wall. Finally, the instructions for setting up transitions & correcting orientation problems are buried at the back of the manual, which was not helpful. ... show more

    • Love the frame
The size is perfect and the color is good. There are a good number of ports to allow getting photos onto the frame. There were two problems. One is that the frame "unrotates" pictures. The second is that setup is not intuitive. It took a bit of work. But overall it was worth it

    • Circle in Upper left corner - can't do photos and videos together

Connected to WiFi. Next step is connecting to their app. Put in connection code on screen and get connection code has expired error. Now have to wait for email response from support. Can't recommend a company that ships a product with this type of problem from the start. Update: I managed to get it to generate a new code and it connected. However, I saw one review for a similar frame that mentioned a concentric circle in the upper left corner of each picture. This seller did not have that review and I looked closely at all the seller photos. There was no circle which must have been photoshopped out. The is such a circle on each photo. Second update. Found out the screen will not show photos and videos in the same slide show. Must manually choose one or other. Seller has offered a refund so bumped to 2 stars. update 3. After going back and forth, the refund offer was only if they could not get it working and I sent it back so back down to 1 star. The customer service is only via email and it is clear that English is not their first language. ... show more

Though the frame functionality and image quality is good, be forewarned that the aspect ratio of the viewable area (not including the white matt) is NOT 16:10 or 1280x800 pixels. In reality it is 1422x800. So, if you want your photos to fill the screen without pill boxing or letter boxing, you will need to use photo editing software (Photoshop, etc.) to crop your photos to 1422x800. I am a professional digital media producer of over 20 years, so please trust my feedback. ... show more
