I got this for my 17 year old selfie Queen to take with us on our many adventures from camping to cruises and cross country road trips. we have both thought about getting into content creation as well and the forward facing screen position enables us to get to just the right angle without checking and moving constantly. It frees up My phone to engage while live streaming (yes it can be used like a web cam! )I love that it comes with 2 batteries so you always have a back up plus it comes with a 32gb memory card that is super easy to swap out when it's full so no pictures (or footage) has to be erased to fit something else. The colors shoot just as bright and vibrant as real life! I am including a video of the camera in front of our fish tank so you can see just how vibrant as well as how easy it is to swap options. The first time I used this little thing was to film us making empanadas at home. I didn’t think it would catch the steam or the golden filling so well, but it did. Since then, it’s been my go-to for vlogs, casual strolls, even Zoom calls—it beats my webcam by miles. It’s light, turns on fast, the autofocus doesn’t lag, and the 18X digital zoom let me record my dog chasing pigeons from a distance without him noticing. The built-in light saved a few dim-lit dinners, and the flip screen is perfect for filming myself without looking like I’m guessing the angle. WiFi setup was a breeze, and the fact that it comes with a 32GB memory card? Love that. It’s ready to go straight out of the box, no extra shopping trips needed. Fun fact: I left it on the table and my grandma accidentally recorded herself spilling some juicy gossip, thinking it was a little mirror. The footage is crystal clear. Do not buy this camera. I bought it last year and used it once I storage it and when I wanted to use it again, it won’t turn on. It doesn’t work anymore and I did the troubleshooting to fix it. Don’t recommend it

This camera is perfect! Great size, can fit in a pocket without being bulky or a small purse. The resolution is incredible. All of my pictures and videos are crystal clear, they look like they were taken by a professional. The zoom is super sharp and does not lose focus on the subject in both photo and video mode. I didn't know I needed a camera with a flip screen for selfies but I don't know if I can live without it now, makes my vlogs so much better and I have less retakes and reshoots now. I've captured so many memories in way better quality than just cell phone pictures and videos. The battery lasts a long time and the memory card that was included has tons of storage. This would be a great gift for a teen or young adult. The wifi transfer sends pictures and videos to my laptop extremely fast and it's nice to not have to use a cable to transfer files. I gave this item 2 stars because yes, it technically does take photos and videos. However the quality of both are poor, even for a low cost device. I wish more honest reviews were shared here, I am shocked to see so many 5 stars reviews with verified purchases. Like others, when I attempted to upload a test photo to my computer the images would not download. I attempted the second option which is to connect to the wifi and view on my phone instead. The QR code to connect to the wifi is a dud and doesn't actually allow you to connect, the QR code to make you download the app and then connect to the wifi does work. The app however only has 1 star review and I was skeptical of downloading some unknown app and allowing it access to the phone/images. I packed the camera up and sent it back. ... show more
