I can't believe how much I have used this gaget. So easy to just grab it and figure out the size of something. Much more accurate than a measuring tape. I used for pipe, tube, bolts, nuts. After ordering this, I happened to come across a teardown of the exact model on YouTube. It was impressively well-made in terms of simplicity and accuracy—even measuring perfectly after being completely reassembled. When mine arrived, I zeroed it and extended it to 0.1mm just to see how thin that is. It’s **very** thin, making this perfect for woodworking and other precise tasks at an amazing price. The plastic body and caliper blades are so high-quality and dense that they feel like steel in hand. **Highly recommended** at this price! In the attached photo, I zeroed caliper then dialed it out to 0.1mm so you can see just how THIN that is, and if it works for you. It works for me. ... show more

From my experience so far, these calipers are excellent and come at a fantastic price. They seem to be very precise; even when I moved the slide rapidly, they maintained their accuracy. The calipers are simple to zero—just close them, press a button, and they're set. A great feature is the ability to switch between inches and millimeters effortlessly. Even if the battery dies, you can still get general readings thanks to the easy-to-read scale. The calipers are well-made and come with a handy, protective case, extra batteries, and a screwdriver for battery replacement. You can also lock the calipers in place to keep the reading stable.
